    Just purchased a certified pre-owned Buick Enclave from Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Alan Cavell was my salesperson. Excellent service all the way around. Car was fairly priced, the work performed excellent (leather interior installed) and we are enjoying the vehicle. I'd use Alan and this dealer in the future for a car purchase.

    I had a great experience at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. The staff was easy to work with and made sure I had the best vehicle and price for what I needed. They did not try to haggle me any. I was very thankful that the whole process went very smoothly. The ac was not working and within one day it was repaired and working. In the mean time I was given a great vehicle to drive home in and they brought my new vehicle to me the next day.

    Brought my car in for an oil change and reported two problems - one with the engine working too hard and one for the front passenger window working only intermittently. The window issue had been ongoing and reported before, but the problem could never be duplicated. This time, they replaced the mechanics in the window and within 3 days, the problem was back. The problem with with the engine is still not resolved, in fact, my car is now leaking a pink liquid. I tried texting my service agent and got no response. I left a voicemail with the Service Director, and got no call back. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and called the Service Manager - I left a voicemail for him and still no call back. This is over a day and a half. I've been patient and willing to give them time to get back to me. I finally just called the service department and scheduled another appointment and will likely be without a car AGAIN for a couple of days. It is beyond inconvenient, particularly when I just spent over $1300 for the repairs and apparently this is no big deal for them. It is for me. I want them to repair what they've already done and I doubt I will be back.
