GREAT AS USUAL!!!!!

Jim Ellis Chevrolet has the best service of any dealership I have ever did business with! Anything from major repairs to changing a bulb, I am always greeted politely and treated professionally. I am always satisfied with the work performed on my vehicles!

Good service no complaints

Courteous efficient service, I would use this service in the future The courtesy driver drove me to get lunch, a pleasant experience and great conversation.

Always a great experiance but this time it was a good while

Service advisor Luis was great and would communicate quick. I just feel like Fedelity dragged their feet and it cost me a good bit on my rental. Jim ellis was great but the warranty experience sucked.

Warranty issue

Jim Ellis Chevrolet always treat you like family. Even if they are under high traffic business load they always put the the customer first. The dealership is clean and presentable.

Routine Service

I had an appointment for a oil change, It took 2 hours, they did not rotate tires maybe because they are staggered on a Camaro SS but you would thing side to side would be possible. When they put air in each tire ( which they did ) you could see the greasy hand print at each fender to hold him or her up, which I proceeded to wipe off before I left the bay. maybe they notice and have correct that

Service call 9/18/18

All personnel with whom I had contact were nice and helpful. The service was quick and efficient. I came in for routine service and asked about another potential issue. Both situations were handled and I had my vehicle back the same day.

Awesome Service

I brought my vehicle in, with no appointment on a Friday because my battery died. However, I needed more than a few things done, since I was there. Sam was able to get me on the schedule and everything was completed within a few hours. I was so grateful and thankful!

Great service consistently

Every time I get my Camaro serviced here, I have a great experience no matter who my Service agent is. Sam, Brandon and Cortez have all been amazing. I won't go anywhere else in the Atlanta area to service my car.

Great Service

Great experience. Ms. Turano was my primary service rep., and she was terrific. Mr. Newton provided a great assist. I brought my Corvette in for a purchase covered oil change, and I appreciate the great service, including the courtesy car wash.
