    I always enjoy bringing my CX9 to Jim Ellis Mazda to be service. They greet you with a wonderful smile and know the name of each customers they make you feel right at home. while waiting in the lounge area Customer service will come over and check to see how you\\\'re doing and to answer any question about your vehicle. They are concerned for my safety so I trust them with the care and maintenance of my CX9 I know their would do a complete inspection to make sure everything is working.

    George Hazim III was our dealer sales representative, and George has made it absolutely seamless to get us into 2 new and 2 certified preowned cars since July 2016. He is completely honest and reliable and gives the best test drives ever. Because of George's confidence in and knowledge of the product he sells, he was able to demonstrate some of the things that the Mazda CX-5 will do under reactive circumstances, and because I had confidence that the car could actually handle well in those circumstances, I was able to completely avoid an accident within only 4 months of purchasing my new CX-5. We love the cars, have confidence in their safety and performance, and I can say with confidence it's because of George and his knowledge of his product and his attention to customer satisfaction. We had been loyal Toyota customers for many many years, and now our new car family is MAZDA, thanks to George. (BTW, I will walk out of a showroom if confronted by most sales associates, but George makes coming back to Jim Ellis Mazda like going home!)

    I had priced a 2016 new Mazda CX-5 at another dealership. I made a trip to Atlanta to look at a used 2016 Mazda CX-5 to see if I could save money. The used CX-5 at Jim Ellis was identical to the brand new one - same specs, same accessories, same options, same color, and everything was identical. Jim Ellis tried to sell me this used vehicle for $2K more than I could buy a brand new, identical vehicle. They tried to pressure me into buying, and I politely explained that I could get a new one cheaper. I even gave them the VIN of the new vehicle. The salesman called me a liar. I left, drove to the other dealership, wrote a check for the new Mazda, and left a satisfied customer. I will NEVER go back to Jim Ellis.

    Thomas Brown and Jeff Barrett both helped me in my search for a new car. Both were knowledgable, approachable, helpful, and accommodating. They made the process fun, which is not something I experienced at any other dealerships. While I didn't end up purchasing a Mazda, it was a decision based on financial reasons alone. I know Jeff & Tom did everything they could to match the price, it just didn't make sense when I crunched the numbers. Thanks for the outstanding service. I'll be back next time I'm searching for a vehicle and I'll be sure to recommend this dealership to my friends.

    I have always boasted about the ownership of my Mazda, from the experience of my original purchase to the trade-in for a larger vehicle, and the performance of the vehicles themselves. Whereas quality customer service is expected within the walls of the facility, I can honestly say I am surprised by the efforts of Jeff Barrett off-site. We met as peers at GGC, and somehow our conversation led to how I had lost my wedding band between the rear seats of my car. Mr. Barrett asked what kind of car I drove, and when I told him Mazda, he immediately offered his assistance after explaining his employment with Mazda. I was genuinely surprised; not only did he help me unload and load the back of my car to access underneath the bench seat, but he also took the time to teach me about the mechanics of the covers and pointed out a couple functions of the car lacking during the initial purchase. Ultimately with some digging around, my ring was successfully retrieved! Again - it is one thing to receive quality customer service at a facility when you present the opportunity to fill their wallets. But what resonates as truly impressive is the experience I had with a random employee off-site, during his own time, with no other gain than helping a stranger. Thank you, Jeff Barrett, for going above and beyond and helping me retrieve my ring! It's reasons like this I continue to promote the Mazda brand.

    I didn't end up buying a vehicle here, but I thought the customer service was great. Thomas Brown was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He kept things relaxed and didn't make me feel pressured at all. The fact that I feel motivated to post a positive review even after deciding to buy another brand says a lot about the quality of service I received.

    I had a great experience with the dealership and with the staff there. Lisa Taylor in sales was very well-informed and responsive to questions, calls, e-mails, etc. I had limited time to research models and options, and I was also considering other manufacturers' vehicles. Ms. Taylor allowed me to move at my own pace through the investigation, but was very helpful in helping me learn about various models and option packages. Overall, the staff was very friendly and efficient, and I would recommend the vehicles and the dealership to others in the area with similar vehicle needs.
