    My husband and I arrived at Bayside Chevy this morning. We felt like welcomed guests right from the moment we entered the showroom. My husband had made an email appt. and we were quickly greeted and introduced to Norri. Not only was everyone very helpful and kind, but professional. Jeff and Andy were very helpful in our process and engaged my husband in auto conversation as he was a formal GM Engineer. We were using an employee discount, we wanted to lease and had an idea about the Tahoe we were interested in. Having a GMC Acadia lease that was due for turning in, Aug 2016 we wanted to see what we could "pull ahead" to. We've bought 4 cars in the Southern MD area over the last 3 years, this was by far the best and easiest purchase that we made. Thank you to your employees, we left as happy customers who will spread the word about our experience.

    Waiting room is pleasant. Advisor was very good. However, 15 minutes away my glove box popped open. Try as I may it would not stay shut. Had to return on Saturday after work, thankfully service was available. Problem solved just inconvenient as I live in the opposite direction from dealership.

    I am very cautious about having my vehicles worked. I have been lied to in the past at other places and I have enough knowledge about cars or will ask for an opinion from friends that know more than I do. My last experience was a sad one for me. I was in a car accident and the first thing I did was have my car, a Toyota Matrix, towed to Bayside Toyota. This is what I liked about my experience. I know always ask for Paul, as he is extremely knowledgeable when he is telling me what needs to be done on my car. My accident was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything about my car. Within 2 days Paul called to tell me what was wrong with my Matrix. He had to deliver the news I didn't want to hear. My car is totaled. He told me what was wrong with it. I still have yet to hear from the insurance company. The reason I go to Bayside is because when they tell me something needs to be fixed, I know they are telling me the truth. There are many places that I refuse to take my car because I want honesty. I'm not loaded. I don't have money to waste and at Bayside, if they tell me something needs to be done, I know I can trust them. I loved my Matrix. It was 10 years old and had over 150,000 miles on it and was running great. I had planned to keep it for another 150,000 miles. My plan going forward is to try, depending on the price, to get another Matrix. I know you no longer make them, but I can't afford a new car, and am hoping to find a certified pre-owned Matrix. I will be looking at Bayside for a new used car. I will also continue to use Toyota for service.

    I had my Camry in for air conditioner problems. This was not a little fix it was a big repair. Your service department (run by Paul) is absolutely wonderful, I don't know the Techs name but THANK YOU the most to that person. And a big THANK YOU to Bobby Baumgarten, the person that always tells me to ONLY trust the repairs on my Toyota be done at Bayside :) ps it came out soooo much cleaner than it went in!

    Randy Flowers was very personable and knowledgeable. When I showed him the car I was interested in on the cars.com ap, he new exactly where it was. And it wasn't even in the new car division lot that he worked. Fortunately, he took me over to the used car division and was able to sell me the car in less than 2 hours! Wonderful experience.

    Paul Hanna. Paul is the only service writer I go to. He is excellent at his job. He really really listens to what I say. And as I am not a mechanic I can only describe problems by the sounds and bumps and changes in performance of my vehicle. And he listens carefully and the problem always gets fixed. For example, a few years ago I had a 2005 Tacoma. I bought it new in Silver Spring. I had a local mechanic do the oil changes and after the first year he noticed the rear differential (whatever that is) was leaking. It was still under warranty so I had it served at a dealer. A year later, the same problem appeared and I had it serviced again at a different dealer, still under warranty. Finally it was found to be leaking a third time and I took it to Bayside. I remember Paul came out and looked at it, and I explained I had already tried to have the problem corrected at two dealers, who failed, and it was imperative that it get fixed properly this time as the warranty was due to expire. Well Paul got it done. He explained to me they had to go an extra step and correct something that may have been a bit off since the factory roll out. Paul is my guy for service. And Bayside is my dealer!
