    My husband and I arrived at Bayside Chevy this morning. We felt like welcomed guests right from the moment we entered the showroom. My husband had made an email appt. and we were quickly greeted and introduced to Norri. Not only was everyone very helpful and kind, but professional. Jeff and Andy were very helpful in our process and engaged my husband in auto conversation as he was a formal GM Engineer. We were using an employee discount, we wanted to lease and had an idea about the Tahoe we were interested in. Having a GMC Acadia lease that was due for turning in, Aug 2016 we wanted to see what we could "pull ahead" to. We've bought 4 cars in the Southern MD area over the last 3 years, this was by far the best and easiest purchase that we made. Thank you to your employees, we left as happy customers who will spread the word about our experience.

    My husband and I had a great experience at Bayside. We purchased a new Toyota Highlander from Hewston, and were very pleased with his upbeat personality and friendliness. We were pretty sure we knew what we wanted and he walked us right to a vehicle matching all of our needs and had us test driving in under 15 minutes. He showed us all the fun add ons, and helped us work out a deal that worked within our budget. Mike Wang worked with us on the deal which included paying off our trade in and getting a great financing deal, and Mike Austin (who stayed late to help speed up the paperwork process) was very nice and personable, and helped us get a great deal on 'Bayside for Life' and gap insurance. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received OR our new vehicle! This is our 2nd vehicle purchase at Bayside and we will certainly purchase our future vehicles there as well!

    JW is very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Was not intending to buy but JW was so knowledgeable about the Highlander and Was able to find exactly what I waned.     I will say that I was pleasantly surprised at the "low key" approach of the used car sales personnel. My experience in S. Maryland cars purchasing is akin to being in the water with an open wound surrounded by sharks. Needless to say, I appreciated the low pressure sales approach. I was offered to test drive the vehicle alone or with a sales person, they answered my many questions patiently and when they didn't immediately know the answer, researched it and got back with me quickly. I did my due diligence internet research before arriving at the dealership, and was pleased to find that my information matched what they told me about pricing and availability of the same year/make/model vehicle in a 200mi radius. After some mild give and take, and often humorous discussions, we arrived at a mutually satisfactory price. The fact that I made the purchase at the end of the month weighed in my favor. All in all, the various individuals I interacted with were pleasant, professional and seemed to be genuinely interested that I be satisfied with my purchase, and would share my satisfaction with others in the community. Needless to say, a very different experience than I had expected. Can't rate the Service Dept yet as I have had no interactions with them yet.

    Quality pre-owned vehicles. Fair pricing. Willing to negotiate. Treated with respect. Great service department. Watch for "hidden" dealer preparation and delivery costs. Good follow-up when interest is shown in a particular vehicle. Have dealt with Bayside since 2012, and will continue to do so.

    I purchased my vehicle used from this dealership and in less than three months, I scheduled an appointment because my check engine light was on. On the day of my appointment in addition to needing a diagnostic analysis, I requested wiper blade inspection and replacement. After the diagnostic, I was informed that parts needed to be ordered for my vehicle repair. I had to schedule around my work as I live 45 minutes away from the dealership and work an hour and a half away. James Preville was my service advisor for both appointments. He was very informative throughout the process, including ensuring that I was contacted when the parts arrived and scheduling my vehicle service at a time convenient for me. James greeted me upon arrival each time and was very knowledgeable answering any questions I had. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. I intend to continue my relationship with this Chevrolet service center. The center was accommodating in that they offer complimentary wi-if, refreshments, ample seating and televisions, as well as shuttle service if needed.

    My salesperson was knowledgeable, personable and professional. I have bought many cars and this was one of the best experiences ever. The holiday season can sometimes take a toll on the staffing and it appeared the Manager was wearing more than one hat that day. He did it with grace. He also had to act as the finance person as he finalized all of my needs. The overall experience was great and I was out of there in my new car in no time.
