I had a great experience there !

I recently purchased a pre owned vehicle from Lucas Jeep Dodge . Being a woman I am a little apprehensive going into a dealership by myself. At no point did I feel uncomfortable at all ! The 2009 Volvo was as described in there add , the interest rate was exactly what we spoke about before I went in and signed the paperwork. I love the car ! Andrianna Mandarakas

Did not do the job and damaged my car

They lied and because I am a women they took full advantage and they damaged my car while it was there said they would repair it and did not....also know what to existing problem was the car was brought in for a diagnostic to see what else was going, I was told they could not do it until they repaired the car 800.00 later still no diagnostic and was to it was diagnosed when they repaired what we already knew was wrong so if I wanted them to do a diagnosis I would have to pay another 110 dollars. Very untrustworthy worthy and disloyal people should do what they say their going to do. My husband and I are active military veterans who fought so they can operate and this is how we are treated. I all have evidence of conversation if anyone want to hear.

These total idiots run this dealership like they could care less!! It's a total embarrassment!!! The worst dealership ever!! Don't ever waste your money here!!

a waste of my time

well, ive been in contact with lucas dodge in Lumberton new jersey for a few weeks concerning a 2009 red dodge challenger with 124000 miles on it. I live 100 miles away near Allentown pa and wanted to get there best price before I take that ride there. I do not like haggling price so I wanted the price before I got there. I dealt with chris hruff the internet manager. I got there Saturday and noticed a sizeable dent on the drivers door THAT WAS NOT MENTIONED ON THE AD !!!!!!!! the dent was very visable. I texd chris and his response was he never saw the dent and for the price we agreed on, I SHOULD ACCEPT THE DENT !!!!! which was unacceptable. I was buying the car with 124000 miles on it, not the dent that I would have to fix myself. well after 1 and a half hours waiting for the general managers response, I was told that the car was sold as is. what really upset me is the sizeable dent was never mentioned. all I wanted them to do is repair it or offer me something else off the price so I can have it repaired. I was still ready to buy the car, JUST WORK WITH ME ALITTLE. thank you chris for wasting my time and gas and a 200 mile roundtrip FOR NOTHING ! MIKE D

Awful experience

Literally the most uncooperative dealership I have ever dealt with. I could almost guarantee that whatever car you are buying can be found with the same quality but cheaper at another dealership

Best and Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever

I recently purchased a new Jeep Cherokee from Rentschler's. I cannot say enough about Greg, Ian, Stephanie, and Lucas. This was by far the easiest and best car buying experience I have had. I had quotes from multiple dealers, but they worked with me to get the best price. There was never any pressure, everything was very relaxed. They were an hour away, but well worth it. Will be referring them to anyone looking for a Jeep in the future.

Awesome Dealership!!!!

Ralph Ruggiero!!!! He made my buying experience the way it should be!!! Easy and 100% satisfied. I drove an hour to get there because if you search their inventory, they have the best prices I have seen! He refused to let my trip there end in dissapointment & would not let me leave until he got me the best payment that I could afford!!! Love my new 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara!!!

No one there to help

I walked into the showroom about 11 AM interested in buying a 2008 Chevy PU I had seen online There were several people at desks and two involved in a conversation. I looked over an old restored Chevy truck for a few minutes expecting a sales person to address me. No one asked if they could help and I thought maybe I am in the wrong area so I left. Once back in my vehicle I thought back to 73 Chevy, long defunct, and how the sales guys would approach everyone even if there for the parts department. Lucas is off my list forever.
