First I'm stationed in Germany and was looking to get a Golf R and nothing less and it needed to be US spec since I'll bring it back when I'm finished
working out here. I first contacted the dealership explaining what I wanted and worked with an amazing person (Tara) she was super helpful. At first they couldn't work my deal that I wanted. After the other dealership deal fell through I reconnected with Tara, explained that I'll be using a power of attorney and needing the car shipped out here. They were able to get my deal and even made it lower than I asked out the door. Mike the sales team member is also an amazing worker, he and Tara worked hand in hand to get my car I wanted and to get necessary documents prepared that are needed to,ship, the vehicle. The facility was told to me by my girlfriend as super small in the middle of nowhere, but very clean and family oriented like. Smaller dealerships tend to actually care and that's exactly what I received from the Salem team especially Tara who helped me through the entire way. From my experience dealing with the team at Salem (mainly phone and email) I would definitely do business with them again and would recommend if you want a VW to go through them. The only thing I would mark as a negative. And this is totally going off my girlfriend relaying it to me. A couple salesman other than Mike, tried explaining features of the Golf R to her and the things that were told were, either not accurate or completely wrong. I've found this experience constantly through any dealership I've bought a VW from (I've owned 5 before this one) there is usually many salesman that have no clue of the car I'm buying past what the brochure or paper on the window of the car says. But that really isn't Salem VWs fault.
Just traded in my 2013 VW Jetta and purchased 2014 Jetta beings it had so many more bells and whistles then my 13 did. Bridget was my sales lady and s
he was absolutely amazing! Any questions I had she was able to answer them on point. She made sure my satellite radio was up and running as well as my car net. I had many questions when I entered the finance dept and Joe took the time to answer them thoroughly. The dealership was an extremely clean and family friendly environment. I will be returning for services as well as to purchase my next vehicle when that time comes. This will always be my go to dealership!!
The entire process from deal to delivery was second to none at VWSC. It was the best experience I ever had buying a vehicle. My salesman Ron was a ple
asure to make a deal with. He took pride in delivery of the vehicle. Not something you see much anymore. ( in any line of work ) I will tell everyone I know about this dealership. Thank you so much for your honesty and professionalism Mr Kincaid. You sir are one of a kind.
I recently re-visited VW of Salem County to trade in my 2014 Jetta, and the experience was just as pleasant three years later. Eric Lonchambon helped
me in leasing a 2017 Jetta S. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. His demeanor made the buying experience less stressful, as he broke down the process simply without being condescending to a layman like myself. Eric was very accommodating, helping to find the best options for my budget. My family members and I have returned to VW of Salem County numerous times, because of the brilliant customer service found there. You truly feel that your loyalty is being valued. Thanks again to Eric and staff! I'm loving my new ride. :)
Volkswagon of Salem County was an excellent place to shop for a car. Great selection and one of the best sales person ever. Bridget Wurster did an e
xcellent job explaining the process to me as well as showing me your inventory. I will return and ask for Bridget. Thank you very much.
Stopped into Salem County looking for a used truck. The salesperson that helped me, Bridget Wurster was really great. They didnt have what I was
looking for but she is on the case and trying very hard to find me my next truck.
Car shopping was made easy by Bridget Wurster. Very personable and knowledgeable on all aspects of the car I was interested in.
I bought my car from this dealership a few years ago and have returned for scheduled maintenance service. It is so nice to go into a place of busines
s where you are treated so well through an entire process. Buying a car is potentially stressful, but my salesperson, Mike, made it comfortable for me. He was attentive to my needs in a vehicle. He was extremely knowlegable and helpful. I did not feel pushed or pressured, but very satisfied with my purchase. Steve, the Service Manager, follows suit. Friendly and professional, he and the service department are very good about explaining the service provided and letting me know the best way to care for my car. VW of Salem County is such a refreshing change from the "typical" car dealership.
Had one of the best car shopping experiences in my life. My fiancé and I visited this location in hopes to get to test drive and get more information
on the 2017 Passat. Mr. Kincaid great us within five minutes of arriving at the location and assisted us patiently with the tremendous amount of questions we had. Unfortunately they were just a tad bit out of our price range, but hopefully we will be able to go back and make the purchase. Overall great time
Car shopping here was the best experience I've had thus far. As a first time buyer, The sales rep (Ronald Kincaid) connected with me as he knew exactl
y what I wanted. He gave me many options to choose but was able to narrow down the best there was. Even though I did not buy I left well equipt with much knowledge of what was best for me.
