I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent visit to your dealership on 01/08/26 I have been a loyal customer since 2015, but my experience during this visit was highly unprofessional. When I walked in, I was not greeted by either of the two advisors present. While I understand one advisor was on the phone, the other was at his desk doing paperwork. I stood there for 10 minutes, and despite looking up at me, he did not acknowledge my presence and continued his work without a word. It was another 10 minutes before the first advisor finished his call and finally asked how he could help. I do appreciate him acknowledging me stand there. In all my years coming to this dealership, I have never experienced such a lack of basic courtesy. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I value my relationship with your business and hope to see a return to the professional standards I have come to expect.

From start to finish the entire team at auto nation Chevy , worked diligently to make the deal ! Excellent team from the return email , when I first started looking for a truck , all the way to when my tags were put on my new truck ! Car or truck buying is fun again at auto nation Chevy

Very nice facility. Offer many services. Sales service was good. Buying process was a bit slow but once processed things moved quickly. So far, enjoying the van.

Made the whole process as quick & easy as possible. We live 2hrs away from dealer location & I had been exhaustively car searching & kept going back to a specific vehicle at Auto Nation. The deal felt too good to pass up. I work full time & have small children, so I am not the best at communicating especially over the phone. They were patient with me communicating with me over text & always responded quickly. I did shop around for financing options but with a quick online form & a super brief phone call, they took care of my financing at a good rate.. maybe not the best, but frankly the convenience of it all was worth it. We last minute headed to the dealer (with our small kids) late afternoon & did not arrive until a little after 6pm (they closed at 7pm). The vehicle was pulled up front & ready to test drive, instantly loved it. I never felt rushed even though we ended up being there until after they closed. The physical location was very clean, my kids made themselves right at home. Everyone we had interactions with was very friendly & helpful. They made things at quick as possible, we sealed the deal & off we went!
