We bought a brand new deisel truck from them at the end

We bought a brand new deisel truck from them at the end of 2023. The truck has been nothing but a problem from the beginning. It had a major exhaust leak that was literally pushing exhaust into the cab and they were so incompetent that there mechanic informed me that "gas engines don't have exhaust problems" and then sent me, with my 2 little kids back over the road with a cab full of exhaust because they "couldn't find the problem." I different dealerships found the problem and fixed it in under an hour. The truck has continued to have many minor issues, culminating with the truck shutting the breaks off WHILE I WAS DRIVING. We were very fortunate that we did not get hit and weren't going very fast when it happened. I want them to take the truck back as I do NOT feel safe putting myself behind that wheel much less my two little kids knowing that, at any minute, the truck can just randomly disable the breaks for no appearant reason. We went to speak to the general manager and he informed us there was nothing he could do for us (more lies as determined by Chevy corperate) and gave us the customer service number to them. They have had the truck for WEEKS now and it still isn't fixed. I would strongly caution anyone from buying from this dealership or having vehicles worked on by them.

Very pleased with transaction.

Very pleased with transaction. Negotiated sale pricing before hand via email. When arrived truck was ready. We decided to change to a different vehicle and they flexed with the change. Honored the negotiated deal without question. Open item was appraisal of our trade. Appraised value was at the upper end of my expectations. Arranged the financing I requested. Process took a little more time than originally expected, largely from the vehicle change required detailing a different vehicle than they had prepared. All went smoothly, professionally and as well or better than any purchase I have gone through. Very pleased with process, handling and results.

After going to 3 different dealerships Autonation Chevrolet Laurel made me feel completely comfortable. I knew exactly what I wanted and they made that happen for me, laying out all the numbers so there were no surprises. I got my dream car and a great car buying experience.

Absolutely horrible.

Absolutely horrible. Would never go back. Does not honor listed prices, just tries to upsell you on extra warranties and novelties you don't need.

What a joke!!! A stock response to the dealerships hidden mark-ups, like double charging freight, dealer add-ons that "can't be removed" etc. The dealership has polcies in place that create an imagined discount that adds back all the discounts they pretend to give. As I said "go to another dealership. YOU WERE WARNED!!"
