    I was searching GM's on-line inventory for a new 2015 Camaro SS with specific options. A 2015 Camaro was located at Coyle Chevrolet in Clarksville, IN, about 300 miles from my home in western Ohio. I contacted Amanda Marsal - Internet Sales Manager on this Camaro. Amanda was professional and qualified my GM rebates with net price. I drove to Coyle Chevrolet yesterday to inspect this Camaro. Steve Clubb - Sales Consultant showed me the Camaro and demonstrated all the options. Steve owns a 2015 Camaro which contributed to his knowledge of Camaros. I purchased this Camaro on-site and recommend both Amanda & Steve for excellent product knowledge and customer service.

    Walked in to just look and met Gary Rogge . He is awesome. He showed us just what we ask for did not put any pressure on us at all. I will say he is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. And when the time comes I really hope he is there to help again.

    I had been looking for a reliable pre-owned sedan for some time & endured numerous unpleasant sales experiences before shopping Coyle Chevrolet. It was my good fortune to be greeted & welcomed by Antwan Allen-product specialist, and Mark White-sales manager. Being a total stranger to these gentlemen, I was met with friendly, helpful, warm regard and put totally at ease. I was responding to an internet listing, and after much searching, learned the vehicle had not yet arrived on the lot. Antwan contacted me when the vehicle arrived & addressed each question & issue I presented. Antwan, Mark, and Kris Haire all went the "extra mile" to accommodate my requests, always being concerned, responsive & polite. My shopping experience ultimately took several days, but resulted in my being the happy owner of a pre-owned vehicle. Fair pricing was negotiated, my personal questions & expectations were met in a timely fashion, the vehicle detailing done by James Dyer was of exceptional quality, and each employee I met conducted themselves in a very friendly, professional manner. I can not say enough good things about my experience purchasing a car from Coyle Chevrolet. The next time I buy a vehicle, Coyle will be my first (and probably last) stop! Thanks, guys!!!

    called on a Sat morning and asked to make an appointment for a 2nd service on our 2016 Chevy Malibu. The man on the phone asked when I would like to have it done. I responded any Tue, Thur or Sat. He then responded, well if your able we can do it today if you can bring it in by 2. I agreed and told him it would be around 1230 or 100 before I could get there since the drive was over an hour. I also gave him my name and told him we would drop it off and pick it up after we had a FAMILY lunch. My husband dropped me off at the restraint with The KIDS were I meet with other family members. After a while I went ahead and ordered for us all. NEEDLESS to say my husband missed our FAMILY lunch with all our kids and grandkids because he had issues with getting the car in. He was at the dealership by 1225 and they proceeded to tell him they couldn't do the oil change. The man just kept telling him 'No, can't do it, Sorry can't do it'. After arguing with the gentleman for 25 minutes my husband left went to the sales department and found a manager. after speaking with him, the manager asked the service department to do it. Then waiting for another 20-25 minutes for them to help him the employee had a very bad attitude and kept pushing him Aside helping other customers before him. Then finally they took his info and keys. He walked to the nearby restraunt where we were waiting, very upset mind you, some of the kids had already gone due to prior engagements and he ate alone. We would have never made the plans with our kids nor made the arrangements to go have the oil changed if the gentleman had not said bring it in today. Needless to say we will unfortunately never go back nor will my husband trade in his Chevy for the Impala at your dealership. Not to mention the argument your technitian was having with the lady in the waiting area where he blew a water pump on her vehicle causing her more headache as well as money and the loss of her vehicle because they didn't have time to fix it then and wouldn't be able to start till Monday.

    Came in for an oil change and tire rotation at 11:30 am on a Thursday morning- was told it would be about an hour or so-didnt leave until at 2:30 pm and they didn't even complete everything I asked for! Many upset customers in the waiting area today...will not be back!

    I purchased a new Chevrolet from this dealership. Going through the financing process I was charged for a number of services that were already completed. 3 days after the sale I was contacted to schedule said services. Upon contacting the dealer representative I was informed that none of the services I had paid for had been completed and that I needed to schedule a service appointment at the dealer which was 2 hours away. This dealership and their sales staff is very dishonest and any purchaser should proceed with caution when buying. The salesman was all to happy to disclose his bonus that he would receive from the sale. Unprofessional on all levels.

    When I dropped off the vehicle, no one approached me. I didn't know where to go. It was awkward just poking around to find out where to get service. Once I made it into the service area I was not greeted. I made sure to stand right in front of the desk in front of two service folks but I still wasn't greeted until both service employees were done with what they were currently doing. Again, what a bad customer service experience . I dropped off the vehicle for repairs in the early a.m. I didn't get an expected phone call all day so I called in at 4pm. I didn't get a response so I left a message and my phone number to be contacted. I received no call that day which meant I had to make arrangements to borrow a vehicle for work the next morning. Very poor customer experience. I did receive a call the next morning. I explained that I was waiting for a call the prior day to know that the dealership needed to keep my vehicle overnight and the employee replied "well, we were really busy". No apology or anything other than a covered excuse. I was upset about this. Then I was told the repairs would cost $650 for the services I chose to have done and approved. Later that afternoon, I received the phone call that let me know my vehicle was ready. I went in to pick up the vehicle and was charged $800. I was walking out and examining the charges and turned around and asked about them since I was quoted $650. The employee quietly performed several calculations on the calculator and finally let me know that after taxes, "that were not in the original quote", the total was about $700. He asked if I just wanted to apply that $100 to some other repairs that he told me the vehicle still needed. I explained that I would rather just have the refund for the overcharged amount and he processed a refund. What a terrible customer experience. As a side note, I'm in the market to find a new corvette and was a little shocked when they said to me "we want to give you a great deal and get you acquainted with our service department". They did not know that I had my Cadillac service performed and the bad experience I had. The one positive is that the vehicle has been fixed so far. This is the reason for the 2 stars vs 1 star in the review. Thanks for your time.
