BMW of Louisville returned my car?s paint job to showroom condition after I botched a touch-up paint job. They sanded out excess paint and buffed the blemish and surrounding area to return the area to a glossy showroom finish.

Dana, I’m very sorry to read your comments and to hear that your recent experience left you feeling disrespected or unheard. That is never how we want anyone to feel after interacting with our team at BMW of Louisville. I would like to provide some clarity, not as an excuse, but as context. When a repair involves an insurance company covering a significant portion of the balance, our policy, like most repair facilities, is that we must receive payment or verified authorization before releasing the vehicle. This protects all parties involved and ensures the transaction is completed properly. That said, policies should never feel personal. If our conversation came across as implying dishonesty or questioning your integrity, I sincerely apologize. That was not my intention. My goal was simply to follow company procedure while directing you back to your insurance carrier so they could finalize their portion of the payment. I understand how frustrating insurance delays can be, especially when you’re ready to get your vehicle back. Dawson, our repair guy, was courteous & professional.

Dawson, our repair guy, was courteous & professional. He kept us informed & stayed on top of things. Also, Ethan, our shuttle driver, was friendly, professional, & timely. We give both gentlemen top stars!

We were looking for a new vehicle to replace our eight

We were looking for a new vehicle to replace our eight year old LandRover. Our local dealer did not have what we were looking for. They told to get what we wanted would take a couple of months to order. This dealer got on the phone with the factory to see what was coming down the line. One was being built that satisfy our needs. They secured in less than a week. Very pleased with this effort to get us what we wanted.
