My purchasing experience was totally negative. Manager l’ve talked the price with was too greedy. He changed me for a camera he promised to install.... I also have a feeling that the installation cost was less that he charged me for. After two months of owning the vehicle I had customer remorse and came back to make a change. He was wanting to charge me $7000 more. I’ve left with the thought in mind never come back. I do not recommend to purchase BMW from their shelbyville round location as you may run into the same guy.

I located the car I was looking for on CARS.COM at BMW Louisville. My initial contact via the cars.com website was fast and efficient. Devin Bowman did... a great job corresponding with me and we put the deal together totally via text and e-mail. The process was fast, efficient, and the dealership was very flexible in helping me make arrangements to get the car after hours when I arrived in Louisville. A quality dealership that I would do business with again.

Went in for service talk longer than they said I broke a bolt off as understandable got to key ordered one back three weeks later no key nobody would call... so I can come back Monday I still haven't heard nothing very poor customer service

Description: I bought a certified BMW from BMW of Louisville I drove all the way from Detroit to Louisville because I liked the car And I had the trust... in BMW that certified car would be in good condition To my surprise car's paint had come off in few places and dealership hadn't fixed it Salesman had zero knowledge about the product I was still OK to buy the car as I had driven all the way to Louisville As if this experience wasn't bad enough They did not even give me a temporary license plate Aseem Bhartiya I assumed it would have been there I realized half way through my drive back to Detroit That tag wasn't there Essentially I was illegally driving the car I know it's Sunday but the dealership is not kind enough to email me tag on Sunday to alleviate my driving capability Not only that, even the cars front charging point doesn't work
Spencer was very helpful in showing my BMW, was quick to respond to emails about my appointment and got me in touch with people who could handle all my... questions about warranties and financing. Buying process was much more quick and painless than experience at other dealers.
