    Great honest people... They always treat me right. I had my car at another Mazda Dealer and they wanted $1300 to fix it and Tim at kings fixed for a $60 computer update. Professional people!!

    We purchased a new 2017 Mazda3 at Kings Mazda yesterday. Often, that experience can be trying, but we were very pleased with the help from Jason Baker, our salesman. He was very patient and took all the needed to answer our questions. Great job of explaining the cars features.

    I bought a used car off of Kings Mazda and was extremely pleased with the experience. Tom Ziegler was my salesman. I called him in advance and he had one of the cars I wanted to look at ready to go and even had the AC on as it was a hot day. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and easy to deal with. This was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I have ever had. Thanks Tom and Kings Mazda!

    Last month, we went to visit Kings Mazda to do some research, test drive a car or two, and try to figure out what we want to buy. Saleman Mark Malone helped us get through it. It turned out that we weren't quite ready to buy so we parted ways, to do more research and sure up our finances. Today, we've done our research, we know exactly what we want and what we feel is a fair price. It just so happened that Kings Mazda had the car for us, at a price we would consider. I called ahead to make an appointment to view the car. Miranda Jiggins was the first to respond so I made plans to meet her. As soon as we walk in the door we find Miranda, greet each other, and sit down to talk about the car. Mark Malone swoops in to instantly pull her aside to proclaim that we're JUST here to joyride and likely won't buy (seemingly still butthurt about the fact that we didn't buy from him last month - even though we clearly stated we weren't ready at the time). He went as far to say we never called him back, as if it's our responsibility to give him a sale despite the month long gap in communication. God forbid we do some diligent research as responsible consumers. Besides starting off on the wrong foot there, the car was now listed at $1,500 more than advertised price that I saw when I made the appointment. Apparently, and seemingly conveniently for them, one of the advertised incentives just ended the day before. I'm still skeptical. Nevertheless, Miranda -now doubting our seriousness about buying... thanks to Mark- didn't really try to make a deal with us. We left with all our money, quite disappointed. I'm sure that another dealer in the area will be willing take the extra steps to make a sale. My advice to anyone thinking about visiting Kings Mazda, avoid Mark Malone like the plague. His childish antics cost his company a sale, and likely any future sale from me. Disrespectful and Immature. Miranda seemed like a very nice person though, just caught in a difficult spot between a ridiculous manchild and her boss. No hard feelings toward Miranda.

    Tim Harpe and Pat were available to help turn a tragic situation into a good one. My battery was dead at 4:44pm and I needed to be in surgery the next morning at 5am. They had me out of there in less than a half hour. On the road with new battery and car running smoothly. Great service. And surgery went on as scheduled. On the way to recovery. Thanks guys, Sincerely, Mary & Al Sims

    I have purchased many cars from many dealers and have never had an experience like this one. Everyone was friendly helpful and low pressure. Real numbers up front. Mark was my salesperson he was great. It was cold the first night we got there and they did not have a 3 inside. So Mark went and drove one into the service bay for us to look at. Paper work was well done and fast. Really really enjoyed the experience.

    Salesperson, Tom Ziegler, was pleasant and flexible with making this deal. I am very satisfied with my purchase so far. On the downside, I purchased a used car and was promised that the car would be detailed and/or cleaned before closing and that did not happen.

    I purchased a Demo Mazda CX-5 there, made a deal to Lease for a certain price with $1000 down, or 0 down at a higher payment. When I went to sign the contract, the lease payments showed at the 0 down price, so I signed and went on my merry way. Three weeks later, I got a call from finance that I owed them $1,000 they "forgot" to collect. I went in and charged the $1k, to my Amex (and gald I did!) thinking that my payments could come in at the lower monthly rate. Well, they didn't. When I spoke to them about it, they said they didn't make the deal for the 0 down price and I definitely owed them the additional $1k. The salesman happened to not remember the conversation saying that I was getting the lower deal. If that were the case, why did they neglect to collect the $1k at signing? I am disputing the charge with Amex, and am waiting to hear what happens in the next few weeks, but this has caused grief and unnecessary stress, and I feel like I've been punched in the stomach. While Tim was very friendly and personable, one thing that is irritating is that he told me that there are AC/Heat vents under the seats to cool/warm the rear passengers, but there are definitely NOT. I specifically told him I wanted a car that cooled in the back, because my dogs and grand-kids often ride with me and need the ventilation. I really wanted to be 100% happy with my new car, but they will say anything to get you to sign, including flat out non-truths about features of the car, and the actual cost you'll be paying. I don't want it now, I want my old trusty Jeep back..... These guys are shady.

    I bought a Tacoma from Kings Mazda 2 years ago. Tim was my salesman then and I received a courtesy call from him about the dealership having a crew cab Tacoma in, in which this is the truck I wanted, so I ended up doing business again with Kings Mazda and Tim a second time. The process was very easy everything from walking in to walking out with a new keys I have never worked with a more kind or professional salesman. I would recommend this dealership and Tim to family and friends. I will definitely continue to do business here!
