Incompetent service, stay away
It is super easy to buy a car here. They've got that down to a science. If you are unlucky enough to ever need service, though, you will discover the truth about this dealership. Enjoy 15 minutes or more on hold any time you call. Glory in the unbridled rude behavior of everyone in the service department. Be amazed at their inability to return a phone call. Once you get someone to talk to you, they don't know how to fix anything they sell. Brakes squealing? It's your fault for using them. Radio broken? Be prepared to wait a month for them to put in another broken one. If you are buying a car and then moving out of state so that you'll never have to deal with this place again, go for it. If you want a dealership that will actually support and service your car, this ain't it.

We are glad that it finally arrived and we were able to get ahold of you on Tuesday and schedule you for your service appointment at your earliest convivence next Thursday to install it. We apologize that there is a national back order on parts due to a chip shortage. We also are glad to see that you are enjoying driving your car and have put some miles on it since your last service appointment, which seems to have put some wear on your breaks, which we are addressing with you. On Feb 1, I bought a new car. Not even a week later I took my car in to be serviced because I felt like it needed an alignment... I forgot to mention that when I took my test drive the tire was extremely low.... The service dept claimed there is nothing wrong; however last week on Wed I almost was hit by a semi because the car was swaying.... I decided to go to the tire shop to get air in my tires and I asked them to check the tread. Needless to say, my front tires are at a 7/32 and the back ones are at 1/32.... I called the dealership Thurs morning asking for Mike because he is a manager that I dealt with when I purchased my car. He wasn't in the office and another manager called me. He stated he would get back to me the next day. No call.... I called back over 7 times and still no call back from any manager. So today I decided to go to the dealership and talk face to face because at this point, it's pure bs. Chris comes out and talks about how rear wheel cars don't drive well in the rain and I cut him off letting him know that I'm not a girl that don't know about cars do save the bs. I have another car rear wheel that drives great in the rain same Make.... He then decided to go look at my tires and he says he sees what I mean. OK so then he says I am going to get with the service dept to find out who passed the inspection... Remind u my tires are 1/32.... He then says then we will figure out what to do next... Seriously.... U know that it is not only against the law to sell a car not up to standards but why not say I'm going to keep the car and give you a loner vs putting me back on the road. This dealership is a joke and I was told by one of the employees they are not going to fix the issue.... If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Wow, great customer service Greg! Old school customer first, brought the van to the house and let us test drive from home. Very up front with the process and Chris explained the costs very clearly (no surprises). Little did they know we had had an awful experience at a dealership the day before and it was such a relief to find Greg and the team. Well worth my trip from south KC. I will buy my next car here.

Worst Dealership Around
I bought a car from this dealership back in October, which was the worst experience possible. After waiting 30 days I did not receive any paperwork on my new vehicle and that’s when they decided to inform me that this car didn’t even have a title. After waiting 2 months and calling multiple times they told me each time they would get back to me and never did. Now I’m late getting my tags and getting fined because of this dealership selling me a car they should have never sold. They would not help me in any way. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! I will NEVER be returning!!

Best Buying Experience EVER!
After a day full of car shopping, I was about at the end of my rope. I had gone to multiple dealerships and been given the run around, as per usual, and walked into Lee's Summit DCJR on a whim before I went home and settled on a car I didn't want. I thought that Jeeps were way out of my price range and walked in there wanting to leave in 10 minutes. I ended up working with Kasey and Cory. Kasey was patient with me and got me exactly what I wanted. While the process lasted a while, it was worth every second of the wait. Kasey was awesome to work with, super laid back, and the least pushy person (not just salesman!) I've ever met. But the real 5 stars go to Cory! Cory was legitimately awesome. He ran every single car in his stash to find me a payment that worked within my budget with a car that had the necessary equipment on it that I wanted. He spent more time with me getting to know me, chatting, and finding out what I really wanted and made it happen. This is the best dealership from a customer service perspective and I highly recommend anyone who does not like car shopping take a look here. Cory and Kasey will treat with you respect, fairness, and honesty to get you what you want. Process overall was painless and I got a payment exactly where I wanted to be to the penny! Thanks to my guys Cory and Kasey for getting me into my Jeep! Also a huge shout out to all the guys that stayed until an hour past close to get my deal done! Don't know the warranty
I grew up working on cars, and I stopped coming to this dealership for service about 3 years due to a combination of poor customer service and a lack of quality technicians. I recently tried them again, my serpentine belt was squealing with less than 40,000 miles on the car (good for about 100,000 miles), so likely the belt tensioner had gone out. When I called for an appt., they told me the part wasn't covered under warranty. The following, is straight from the manual: "E. Parts Covered cylinder block and all internal parts; cylinder head assemblies; timing case, timing chain, timing belt, gears and sprockets; vibration damper; oil pump; water pump and housing; intake and exhaust manifolds; flywheel with starter ring gear; core plugs; valve covers; oil pan; turbocharger housing and internal parts; turbocharger wastegate actuator; supercharger;**** serpentine belt tensioner*****; seals and gaskets for listed components only." As you can see, the tensioner is one of the few clearly defined things that are covered. How many people have been force to pay to fix this due to gross dealership error??? Please take the advise of someone very knowledgeable, go to a different dealership for service.
Your 09 Ram(not purchased here) had 2 different contracts. One of the contracts expired and the other was cancelled. That is why the item was not covered under any contract. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you, Michael Jones Service Director

My mom's New Truck
My mom had a challenger. It was great at one time, but I have gotten bigger and didn't have very much leg room for me anymore. Mom talked to them about getting into something else with more room for me. She ended up getting a truck that has more than enough space for me in the back seat. Thank you Lee's Summit Dodge.
