    “ I found your perfect car, “ our sales associate, Markus Matyas, said. After an intensive and time consuming effort Markus found exactly the car we were looking for at the right price Both my wife and I found Markus to be knowledgeable, professional and patient. He did not push us into a purchase but found the car we wanted and guided us smoothly through the purchasing process. He and his staff answered all of our questions with honesty and made us feel comfortable and excited about our new car. My wife and I will recommend Markus and Auto Nation Ford in Delray Beach (Florida) to anyone looking to have a pleasant car buying experience with great pricing and outstanding service. Mitchell S.     Just went for my regular scheduled service on my F150. Told them if I need new filters to just take care of it. I figured they would just do it even if it wasn't needed and to my surprise they didn't?Was in and out in less than an hour on a busy Saturday too!!

    I'm not sure what you mean about "TITLE". This survey needs to be re-done or simplified for a person like me. However I'd like Greico to know my experience was superb. I had JOSH FIFI, SERVICE ADVISOR, who attended to my concerns. He could not give me a better price on my oil change special, but he took the time to explain it in detail. The wait was comfortable and your lounge was clean with a good cup of coffee and bottled water. Thank you

    I have been a 16 year service customer at this dealership for my ford vehicles, ownership of dealer changed this summer. 1. I report a leaking sunroof on 2015 expedition platinum, still under full factory warranty, service manager written comments on repair order states "all ford sunfoofs leak", refused to repair or replace anything stating "there is no concern at this time for a fix nor nothing to fix or to be repaired". 2. On the same vehicle I report a hard shift up and down between low gears at low speed when accelerating and or decelerating. The same service manager test drives same vehicle and acknowledges hard shift up and down between lower gears. Service manager states on repair order "slipyoke on 2 piece driveshaft has play, disassemble, lubricate, reassemble, test drive and found the VIBRATION to not be present anymore". BOTH PROBLEMS ARE STILL PRESENT AND FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE STATES THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR DEALER AND WILL DO NOTHING TO REMEDY THE SITUATION.
