Worst dealership ever. They start the conversation off by telling you they don’t want to waste their time negotiating. They’ll send you quotes... online that they don’t honor. They’ll outright lie to you and claim certain accessories are pre-installed and It’s not until hours later they miraculously find a car that doesn’t have pre-installed accessories. What’s ridiculous is that when we went back to Meet with the business manager, he said none of the vehicles come with pre-installed gps and that’s merely an option that are available to customers. Do not recommend. There are other dealerships who will give you a fair price and work with you to find the right car for you.

As a first time buyer, I had a very good experience at Culver City Honda. Abel was great, he showed me everything about the car. He even waited for me... after financing to congratulate me. Paul was awsome! I got scared at the last minute, and he talked me through it. (I hope he didn't catch my cold!) Thanks guys for everything!

The parts and service department is a crappy one. I waited three months for a repair to be done. The part arrived still no staff could take charge of making... my appointment. Jeremy from the service department was the only one that knew what he was doing. Everyone else from the parts department to the managers were all irresponsible and couldn't handle a simple issue such figuring out if my parts had arrived, make my appointment to install the part. All they did was kept taking my number down and never calling me back. This has taken me three months and still counting. So frustrating.

Don’t get any assistance from Mr.Avila! “Mr.Avila offered Gap insurance for one price then the contract had a price with an increase of... 60%. He refused to accept a cash payment for the insurance. And Refused to make a New Contract! What happened to Great Customer Service? Answering questions and resolving any concerns. I would not recommend Culver City Honda to anyone! I was at the dealer for over five hours. I was exhausted, I walked in knowing what I wanted. The Only positive experience was with the salesman he was exceptional. The trouble began in Financing Dept. Mr.Avila doesn’t give a the dealer good representation. He’s Dishonest and a Liar, who only cares about he’s profit and bonus! Honda needs to hire Honest personal that reflects a good image of themselves.

In January 2017 purchased a CPO 2015 accord from Culver City Honda. At the time of purchase I was shown a clean carfax and given a checklist of of the... CPO inspection. I decided to purchase the car. I no longer need the car and have visited several non honda dealerships to sell the car. In their inspections they found missing vin tags, possible frame damage, overspray relating to possible repairs and showed me a car fax with accident damage. I purchased a carfax of my own and saw that 6 months after I bought the car the damage was reported. Based on the vehicle history I believe Culver City Honda was aware of the damage and failed to disclose it. Also when it comes to the checklist of items for the CPO inspection several items were checked off that I were not done. The car left the lot with a large dent that was repaired by the dealership when I brought it up. But they didn't delete the previous owners information from the vehicle and they checked off that the vin tags were on the B pillar which they are not. I would stay away at all costs and if the car you love is there at least have an independant shop inspect it.

Was promised one thing over the phone. As soon as I arrived everything changed. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! If you want to waste your time and be lied to... this is the best place to go, otherwise STAY AWAY!!!

Decided to give Culver City Honda a try and asked specifically for Malika because of the great reviews she has on Yelp The reviews are right. Highly recommend... Sailyn and Malika of Culver City Honda. No hard sell just excellent service. We live 120 miles round trip from this dealership but it was worth the drive as they honored the price quoted without the switch and bait as well as getting us the color combination we wanted. We do have to come back to get the wheel locks install and Sailyn took very good care of us again. We still have to come back for a second time for our other set of key. And this is the only complain I have. But I am not taking a star out of Malika’s and Sailyn’s as I understand that this is something outside of their control. And we know that Sailyn and Malika will take care of this. Brandon G of Finance is also great. Took time answering all questions. Never felt rushed.

Customer service did not answer my questions regardless of how many times I had relayed the question. They were ignorant from the start. I don't want... to be put on hold just simply to have my name and number taken down. Poor customer service.
