Excellent customer service through the car buying

Excellent customer service through the car buying process. I highly recommend our salesperson, John Cook. Great personality and very knowledgeable! I look forward to only purchasing at Jim Hudson Ford in the future.

Purchased a 2024 truck that had scratches on it.

Purchased a 2024 truck that had scratches on it. At time of purchased, we agreed to bring back week later and they’d take care of it. After taking to them, I received call that it was done. Upon arrival to pick up truck, the scratches were still there. At that point, I made them aware that I was going to take it elsewhere to be fixed because I did not trust them to get it done at this point. Asked to be reimbursed and dealership refused to do that. $200 and they wouldn’t make it right. Jaquan was great to deal with but was unhappy with the process all the way through otherwise.

Service was excellent!

Service was excellent! Very friendly staff & comfortable waiting room. They kept me informed on their findings and gave me estimated costs. Some items were mentioned but told me they weren't an immediate concern but to be prepared for future repairs. I will definitely be back for my service needs.

All the service personnel were very nice, knowledgeable
