On November 24, I made the decision to purchase a 2013 Mercedes Benz ML 350 from Leith Jaguar. I bought from Leith because at the time, that particular... vehicle could not be found within a 100 mile radius and at a price under $20,000. While, I was not in the market to buy a $70,000 vehicle like many of your customers, I deserve and expect the same level of service, respect and consideration. However, both Chris and Dusty have failed to demonstrate that the dealership's "commitment to customer service is stronger than ever". I have not seen it. First, for the past two days, I have attempted to get back the deposit which was placed on the vehicle prior to the sale. It was not applied towards the purchase price, never explained that it would not, and therefore should have been returned to me as a matter of routine. In fact, there has not been any discussion about the deposit. I should not have to beg for the return of the deposit. Period. Further, neither Dusty nor Chris have returned my calls with regard to the deposit. I left a message for Chris at approximately 4pm on November 25 and still no response as of yet. Dustin did reach out on the morning of November 25 but I was on another call. Throughout the course of that day, I called Dusty several times to no avail. He could have simply texted to let me know when my deposit would get returned. Dusty had no problem texting me several times prior to the sale. Secondly, according to a notification message on the LCD screen, the vehicle is due for servicing in 7 days. According to Dustin the vehicle had been thoroughly serviced at Jaguar. I find it hard to believe that a vehicle which had been recently serviced would need it again in a matter of days. There is a very obvious hard rattling sound coming from the car which wasn't present during my 15 minute test drive. However, after driving for only two hours, the car began to make noise. Now, I am on the hook for a tune up and a price reduction negotiation to cover the cost of this repair was out of the question. The vehicle also was very dirty inside particularly on the steering wheel, sun visors, and interior door handles and panels. In fact, the amount of dirt that was removed from the steering wheel was striking. I had to clean and disinfect the car for my health and safety. Lastly, my buying experience was less than par and very disappointing. I could have made my purchase anywhere but chose Leith. I will not make the mistake of buying from this dealership again. If this is how you treat your buyer-family, I never want to become your enemy. My online review hopefully will help others make an informed car buying decision as well as remind them of their options.
Very pleased with the process. Arranged with salesperson an opportunity to come in to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. It was ready when I... arrived and the salesperson was great. Purchased the vehicle; I am very pleased.
Ruben Trinidad handled our paperwork for the purchase of a 228i BMW. The sale process was easy.
Great buying experience! Everyone from the sales associate, Pete who found the perfect car for me to the finance person, Brad who made the paperwork effortless... was kind, helpful and courteous.
Excellent service ALL the way, smoth and friendly process. These guys knows how to deal with a customer. I will definitely recomend this deales to my friends.
In the market for a gently used RR HSE Supercharged. A car on-line caught my eye and I called the dealership. From that call forward, they impressed... - knowledge, customer focus, follow through in questions and their handling of non-local buyer during COVID-19. I bought the SUV that week. The sales, trade and financing process was flawless. I drove to the dealership, they were ready for me, we reviewed the SUV (just as conveyed) and completed the paperwork (in a COVID-19 way which I very much appreciated) and I was on my way. Awesome experience. Gregg (Charlotte, NC)
We went into Jaguar Cary with the intention of just test driving a vehicle. We were greeted warmly by Chris K who introduced us to Brian, the salesperson.... We were treated very well and ended up purchasing a new vehicle because of the care and attention we received.
In the past 30 yeas, I've purchased/leased upward of 40 cars for my wife, children and myself, and Jaguar Land Rover Cary is hands down the best dealership... I've ever experienced. My Salesperson, Veronica, is the real deal. Friendly and intelligent, she knows the cars she sells. The Finance Department, James and Jonathon, were fast and accurate with paperwork. But most of all the General Manager, Marty Stapleton, who makes Jaguar Land Rover Cary the superior dealership it is. It is clear Mr. Stapleton works very hard too ensure the best customer experience possible.
After all these years, I finally purchased my first Jaguar on 1/17/20. I decided on a brand new Jaguar XJL 50th Edition 5.0 Supercharged sedan. Ben Spreen... was terrific and had shown me vehicles about 8 months earlier and I wan't quite ready at the time. He did an excellent job and let me see everything I wanted to take out and explore. Chris Kenney, the sales manager and Jonathan in finance were also super. I have bought many cars, this being my 66th, and they are in the top 3 experiences I have had!
Dusty, the sales representative was very attentive and followed up with the appropriate amount of calls and emails. He was great to work with during the... process. The dealer offers valet service, which has come in extremely handy given that I live 2.5 hours from the dealership and having Brock as the delivery specialist to educate me on all about the benefits if the car was a great perk and Brock was great to work with on this as well. The only preventing a 5-star was the experience with the manager during the negotiation process.
Dusty and Brock are great assets to the dealership. This feedback just proves that even more. Enjoy your new vehicle and thank you for the feedback.
