    I just bought a new prius from joseph toyota. The purchase was by far the best car buying experience ive had. I looked at many different dealerships to find the deal I was looking for. I cant put into words how bad some of those experiences were. I inquired online at joseph toyota and mike sipple contacted me right away. I told him what I was looking for and he offered me a great deal right out of the gate. I knew it was a great deal based on previous experiences, but I tried to haggle a bit just to make sure. He held his ground that he gave me his bottom dollar up front and I believed him. I made the deal over the phone and made the 2 hour drive to pick up the car. Ive never had a salesman offer a fair price without a fight. Id recommend mike and joseph toyota to anyone.

  • Poor Sales

    Car was left on website for multiple days after it was sold. Salesman was very rude about it just when asked about it.

    I was having issues with my front tire and the light indicator was on. I drove to the dealership and, although I did not have an appointment, within an hour the problem was fixed. Their prompt and courteous service was greatly appreciated

    My salesman, David Grohs, was excellent in his knowledge of the models I was interested in leasing. I was not rushed into any decision. My visit to Joseph Toyoto has been very pleasurable . I can't rate the service department yet as I haven't had my first visit to it, but I feel sure that it will be as thorough and satisfying as the sales and finance departments have been. I have recommended Joseph to my family and friends.

    We recently purchased a new car from Joseph and the experience was not what we expected at all. The staff was very knowledgeable and polite. There was no pressure while we were looking for the car. When we decided on a car the process went very smoothly. after all the paperwork was completed we were shown around the dealership and introduced to the service staff. When the car was prepped the salesman showed us everything about the car and even programmed the blue tooth. He even programmed the Bluetooth for us on our other car, which isn't even a Toyota. The follow up after the purchase was impressive as well. We love the car and would recommend Joseph Toyota to everyone.

    On March 1, 2016, I took my RAV4 into Joseph Toyota for a 5000 mile checkup. I was greeted by a nice gentleman who motioned me to park and reminded me to leave my key fob. He told me to go to the desk for service. Tony Nash explained kindly what was to be done and showed me to the waiting room. The room was clean and offered various beverages and snacks, compliments of Joseph Toyota. In less than 30 min. my car was ready, and a nice man told me what was done (Tire rotation, multipoint inspection, fluids check, etc.). There was no charge as we are under warranty. The lady who signed me out was nice, too, and offered me a box of cookies (!!) and this website to leave a review for a Target gift card! I was very pleased with our first checkup, the service and nice personnel.

    I recently purchased a used Toyota Sienna. Visited your service department today for the first time for the 30,000 check. In one word, IMPRESSIVE. Everyone from the service desk to the cashier were very professional, efficient, and courteous. The service department is very well staffed, clean and runs like a well oiled machine. Waiting area was very nice. I appreciate the refreshments and snacks as well as the roominess of the area. .I will definitely return. Glad I purchased a Toyota. Thank you
