We bought our Honda from you over a decade ago, so we have been using your service since then for that vehicle as well as our Toyota. But we had a recall for our Honda awhile ago and our service was inept and for a reoccurring customer embarrassing. It took over two weeks to complete the recall as well as a few other issues. The service I received was basically the customer is the problem.
