No video of car inspection was provided. I have received inspection videos on prior visits, so lack of video made this visit less informative and satisfactory than prior visits. Was extra disappointing considering that I paid for additional service which included a series of supplemental inspection points.

He explained everything that would be done as well as the price. I was also offered an unexpected coupon.

Friendly staff- huge selection of vehicles- sales rep (Creigh) was very pleasant and helpful with our purchase.

My car was there for 30 days, and you told me the issue was fixed, but the problem came back and it’s exactly the same as before. This is extremely frustrating.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and you guys were extremely busy and it took quite a while and Stephen took real good care of me on the price.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change. Leaking oil the next day. Was told I couldn't get in for 6 days. I just drove up there and they took my car right in and fixed the leak.

Pretty much all good. Only suggestion: please provide extended warranty, the variety of plans and cost info before purchase/closing/payment. I don't think the warranty I purchased was the right one, and thought there was pressure to make an immediate decision. Knowing I had a few days to purchase an extended warranty would be more appreciated.
