Run away from this Dealership

Will never buy here again, and don't recommend anyone else. Directly from their website " We believe in market value pricing, all vehicle in inventory. We do not mark them up to mark them down." Those words are listed under all the cars online. So i bought a car yesterday, and asked can i purchase this for MSRP. I said im do not want to be paying dealer mark up. Im willing to MSPR. They said yes come on in. So they tell me MSRP, freight, and tax. For common knowledge freight is already included in MSRP, so original thought is cool MSRP and tax were solid. WRONG, You get in to finance and see that their double charging you freight!!! Will the double charge is additional dealer markup. This is a very dishonest dealer ship that doesn't care for their customers. If it wasn't for i had moved everything over to the new vehicle while we were waiting I would have walked away. If your buying pay attention to your number, they will pull the old cloak and dagger and then stab you in the back. Sales person was great, he forced to do what he told. Sales manager unprofessional, lack of communication and tries to play stupid when you call then out,. Lesson learned. Highly recommend you not buy from this dealership. I was going to buy two vehicle from them until the knife in the back came along. Run from them

Read this !!!!!

AMAZING !! SERVICE I had to get a bunch of things replaced in the engine area , my service writer was TINA WOLFF altogether my work was bout 3500 but luckily I have warranty and only ended up paying 100 plus a free oil change and whatnot , if you have a Chevy no matter the model. Take it there !!! I was told my car was going to be in there 8 days for repair but my service writer TINA txted me 4 days later saying it’s good to go , we’re here till 6pm. 👏 bravo !!!!

Got it all at Bob Bell!

We were in search of 2022 Tahoe. We live in Elkton MD. We contacted dealerships in our local area. No 2022 on-site or due in. Contacted Bob Bell and Justin Brown said, your vehicle search is over and your vehicle will be here within a week. Justin was great to work with. Kept us informed. Helped us thru financing. Top notched customer. All salespersons on the floor were super friendly and dressed professionally. I typically dread buying a car. Not this time. A hassle free experience. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to Bob Bell.

Before you buy…

Bob Bell Chevrolet of BelAir General Motors Chevrolet READ BEFORE BUYING A VEHICLE OR TAKING YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED!!! I bought a Chevy 2015 Equinox two years ago from Bob Bell. It started having engine issues last year (October 2021), I brought the vehicle in for service then. In March 2022 the engine failed, the vehicle was literally non operational. Got it towed, I just picked up my vehicle on Monday (06/23/2022). Drove my vehicle 15 miles and it died, there was smoke under the hood, the smell of cables/electrical fire. Got it towed on Monday, with just 15 miles from the dealership to the pick up location. (NOT EVEN 2hrs FROM THE TIME I GOT IT). Now they are trying to charge me for another claim, the SERVICE MANAGER’s REPLY “it started when you picked it up” stating that now my starter fried on its own…YOU DON’T NEED TO BE A GENIUS TO KNOW THAT IN ORDER TO REPLACE AN ENGINE, THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS NEED TO BE DISCONNECTED AND RECONNECTED, don’t tell me that I fried the starter as soon as I drove off! At this point I’m starting to think that I purchased an extended warranty for nothing when the issue is not getting fixed. The manager also stated that I was not getting a bad deal since I was getting “A NEW ENGINE AND STARTER FOR $400”. I wasn’t there to compare prices and quotes, I was there demanding an explanation of to why I was asked to pay an additional $200 on a 2nd claim to have my vehicle operational. Another customer had some issues with a 0 miles Camaro, he stated that they ruined the skirt on his vehicle with the ramp and that they also tried to blame the problem on him! I SEE A PATTERN HERE…..

I live in new jersey.

I live in new jersey. We needed a new truck and inventory was limited last year. Ended up finding this 2017 Chevy suburban online last october. We went on the word of the dealer that everything was good. They boasted about how Maryland has the toughest standards for inspection. It was bought and serviced at that dealership so they could guarantee everything was good. They are a Chevy dealership after all. We pick up the truck the first week of november. It's cold, rainy and dark when I get there. I'm still trusting that this is a reputable dealership. when I get home the next morning my wife looks at it and it is filthy in the back half of the truck. Dog hair and slobber everywhere. Now when It gets warm out I goto use the air conditioner and it blows out hot air. They say well since it's been so long they won't help me. They could but are choosing not to. This is what I would expect from a sleazy used car lot not a Chevrolet dealership. Very dissatisfied. Do not buy from these guys. They give Chevrolet a bad name.

2022 Silverado LT Trail Boss

I emailed the dealership regarding my interest in a 2022 Silverado 1500. Almost immediately I got a personalized response from Clarence Smith, one of the sales professionals at the dealership. Every step of the process from scheduling an appointment to my handshake after my purchase; Clarence made the entire buying process stress free. I never felt pressured, he worked with me on price and made sure I was 100% satisfied with every step of my new care experience. Buying a new vehicle is stressful, but Mr. Smith from the start was very personable and made me feel comfortable answering all of my questions. I couldn't be more satisfied making the trip from Philadelphia to buy my new truck.
