    Bob Bell could be a great dealership. Promises made during sale of vehicle were never kept. Lesson learned. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING ON THE SALES CONTRACT. EVERYTHING! When you call them about promises made, they do not call you back. Once they get their money, forget it, they could care less about you. Everybody loves my Terrain. Not so happy once I tell them how Bob Bell is. Names involved are Ken Ehrhardt, Eric Miller and Kyle in Finance.

    Mickey my salesman was awesome. He stayed late for me and was an awesome help. Will be buying all of my cars from him going forward. My only issue with my visit was they sold me a warranty I did not need. I had been there for a few hours and was told the warranty was running out and I should purchase one. After I bought the vehicle I realized it still had a 100000 mile power train warranty. I called Zurich and they told me my "standard warranty" was not comprehensive like described to me. I work in sales, so I get it, and I should have done my homework, but it kind of feel like I was taken advantage of?? Besides the warranty I have to say Mickey, and even the manager (John maybe??) who was on duty at the time made me feel like family, even after the sale he was more then happy to help me.

    The replace a valve cover gasket under warranty on my 2012 Chevy Cruze. 2 Days later, the gasket became defective causing the oil to leak out of my car and the turbo system to blow out. GM became involved and neither Bob Bell nor GM would cover the turbo. "We do not pay for subsequent damage' was the answer I got and had to pay $750 to cover their warranty work. They have lost 20 years of business from a loyal customer.

    I emailed this dealer many times to ask if the 2013 silverado was there .I told them i was driving a long distance .One of their salesman Rob emailed me back and said yes the truck was there .So we set up a time and day to look at the truck .This was friday evening .I was coming down sat morning .I drove for and hour and a half .Rob was busy with another customer .I waited and waited .So a half hour later i asked one of the other four salesman standing around where the truck was i would like to look at it.Kevin the sales manager told me the truck was at the other dealership give him 15 min and he would let me know either way .So i said i will get something to eat call .Well 45 mins later still no call from Kevin .I called him .He said the truck was not there .But he had a 2011 with more miles and a higher price tag he would sell me .At this point i am just about done .Then the ultimate slap in the face .Kevin said i can put a couple of gallons of gas in your truck for your trouble .Really I wasted four hours of my sat day and a tank of gas for nothing.If i could give Zero stars i would .If this is how you like to be treated .Then by all means .Have at it
