My other vehicle had an incident so I was without a vehicle and had no other choice but to look for a new vehicle. I had visited your dealership a few times just browsing and I informed Kurtis of the situation and he was very understanding and patient with me through the whole process of searching for vehicles, testing driving vehicles over the duration of 2 months. I want to share my experience that has yet been resolved. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership about a year ago. Everything was great until I had... a minor issue. My issue was that a piece of my grill flew off when I traveled to Florida. I went to one of my local dealership to get this issue resolve and they informed me that my grill was an after market part and they cannot help me. I never installed any after market parts in my vehicle this is how I got my vehicle. After they did their investigation they discovered that the dealership they got the car from did not disclose that with them. After talking with the manager in service Robert, I informed him that I appreciate him trying to resolve my issue, but I don't want any more after market parts on my vehicle and asked for an exchange. He forwarded all my information to the GM Cliff that has yet to reach out to me since he received my information on the 25th of February. I've called several times and I could never get a hold of him. I drove and hour and half from my home in Columbia to Gastonia NC to speak to him still couldn't find him. That night I spoke to Seth who Mentioned that he will give me a good deal on a new car due to the circumstances. The offer he gave me was ridiculous. He gave nothing over what my actual trade in value was and charge me more for a car that I seen for 5k cheaper somewhere else. I'm getting the BBB involved at this time, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I purchased a Chevy Cruse from McKenney Chevrolet Dealership. The sales person (Randy) was very helpful. He walk me through the process step by step... I didn't feel rush or pressure. I would tell my family and friends go to McKenney Chevrolet great place ,great service don't forget to ask for Randy (sales person).
This is the second time I have taken my car (that I purchased elsewhere) and they did a superb job of finding the problem that seemed to stump everyone... else. The first time was a braking control issue with a sensor that was no longer level. Once the sensor was leveled the problem disappeared. This last time I was told by a major tire chain that the rear end could not be aligned because a control arm (or some unidentifiable part) needed replaced and a dealership was my best chance of diagnosis. McKenney aligned the rear end without replacing any parts! These guys only do what is required and do not puff the bill even when given opportunity!

I scheduled an appointment with Holly to come and have my troublesome vehicle appraised and potentially trade it in for something more dependable. On my... arrival Holly warmly greeted me and introduced me Seth a salesman. The dealership had a customer appreciation event going on and Holly encouraged my boys and me to have a hotdog while we waited for the appraisal to be accomplished. The entire experience was simple and the customer service provided was polite, professional and was not pushy as most dealerships can be. I haven’t worked with anyone else but I would encourage anyone to schedule an appointment and work with Holly and/or Seth to get the best customer service!

Brought my Traverse in for routine maintenance. Once I called for the appointment multiple warranty issues starting happening (true story); air bag service... light, stereo blacked out, along with multiple other issues.
