    I've purchased several vehicles from Kline Nissan. Recently I purchased a 2017 rogue SL premium. Let me start by saying this car is AMAZING. I know am the proud owner of TWO amazing nissans. My 2010 Nissan Altima is pushing 180,000 miles and still drives the way it did the day I bought it. I was so happy with the Altima I decided to give the rogue a try. It has exceeded my expectation. Working with Adam Bazille at Kline Nissan made the process so easy. Paper work was done ahead of time and I was in and out of the dealership quickly. He ran through all of the new bells and whistles and had me feeling confident about all of the new technology. I live in Wisconsin but continue to drive several hundred miles to Kline Nissan to purchase my vehicles from Adam. Anyone who is in the market for an honest, trustworthy sales person should definitely stop in and see him

    While driving to an appointment I heard this knocking sound.. I arrived safely but there was something hanging down about mid-car, looked like a strap to me. I called the service center, they made an appointment for my car. There was fear in my heart about what was wrong. Jennifer Maguire, the service advisor checked me in...told me NOT to worry....she directed me to coffee and when she came in a few minutes...she said..."it's what I thought it was the wind guards." I had fear that it would be very expensive she said, NO don't worry about that. HOW VERY WONDERFUL TO HAVE MY CAR FIXED. I am very thankful for the WONDERFUL service I received and for the coffee too. Thank you Kline Service team. I know that you all work together and I am so thankful for each and every one of you, I'll recommend you always. Thank you, Linda Carlson....Merry Christmas

    Needed a repair to my Nissan Leaf and the service department was extremely rude. They did not discuss the charges with me prior to making the repair. I was treated very poorly and not like a valued customer who has purchased a vehicle from them. The sales department is great so I do recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle especially the electric Leaf. However, the service department is the worst I have ever used. My former dealership had great repair service so I know what that feels like and this was the opposite experience.

    I realized this morning I was in need of the 15K inspection on my vehicle. I called Ryan Kreisler to see if I could get in this afternoon. He was able to accomodate my schedule, provided a detailed overview of the work to be completed, checked for any outstanding recalls (I had none) and estimated the time needed. I was able to complete some work from their very comfortable waiting area. The vehicle service was completed in less than the estimated time, I was given a detailed description of the status of my tires and brakes. The car received a wash as well! Great service.

    week-Edit I took my truck in to have a HVAC issue looked at on Wednesday. They said it would be 1.5 to 2 hours. At 1.5 hours I asked for an update. Was told they were looking at it. I went for a walk around the building and there was my truck sitting out back. It hadn't even been brought into they bay. I went inside and was told they had to look at someone else's car. I insisted on a rental and went home. They called me at the end of the day and was told they couldn't find the problem. On Thursday they called me at the end of the day and was told that they still couldn't find the problem and they'd be going home in 10 minuets so I couldn't get my truck that day. Friday came and no calls. I called and left a message as to the progress and never heard from them. Saturday morning a finally got a call that I could come pick up my truck. When I arrived they told me I would be $119. I said I had an extended warranty so there shouldn't be a charge and asked what they did to correct the issue. They told me that they couldn't figure out the problem so it was a diagnostic fee. I told them that they hadn't diagnosed anything and I had gone without my truck for 3 days with almost no communication. They then said that If I wanted my truck back I was going to have to pay or they wouldn't allow me to take it. I called the service manager, Brian, and left a message. He did not call me back. I had to call again to get a hold of him. I told him of my experience and that I'd like to have some consideration on my bill. I explained the situation and that I'd been bringing my '04 Titan there since it was new until I replaced it with my '14 Titan that I had purchased there. He said just because their communication was lacking and they found nothing, they wouldn't refund me any money for my inconvenience. I told him I had been a costumer for 12 years and asked if he was willing to loose my business. He just said that if that's what I had to do then he's ok with it. They have lost my business.

I agree we could have communicated more than once per day, which is why I agreed to refund the $119 diagnostic technician charge. If I can be of any further help in the future.
