    Had my vehicle service at online even though I purchased it at another dealer. Liked the service department so much I bought a new truck from Aaron he gave the same high level of customer service as the service department. Go see Kline for service or sales.

    If you are bringing in your car to get serviced, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING before you do a walk through WITH THEM!! I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt and suffred the consequences. They will play the "system" and have things marked that was not there and even if the system does not show it, they (Jason) will deny it cause the "system" isn't perfect. Take a picture of your car before they take it in and be very cautious, I am a very dissapointed customer and wanted to stay loyal to the convenient nearby Nissan dealership but after this incident...I think I will try my luck with Toyota for a new vehicle and any future business will not be with this dealership.

    I searched the internet and narrowed it down to 3 cars at 3 dealers. My first stop was Kline Nissan. I was approached by Chris Little. After sitting down with him and talking about the car he pulled it up for me. We drove it, he showed me the service dept and my shopping was done. He was awesome. I am very happy with my new/used car and Chris was great. Thank you Missy

    Bought a 2015 altima from Chris Little (he is great) and Kline Nissan. A week later I was hand washing it and found that the entire car was in an accident and fixed and repainted. The car was sold to me as NO ACCIDENT CLEAN CARFAX. That was not the case at all. Took it back to them and they were going to fix it and sent it to a shop that buffed the car with rocks and scratched the crap out of it. They do not have a body shop that they would use so they told me to take it to mine. I did and found out the bumper was epoxied on because all the brace work wasnt put back after the accident. They basically told me too bad. I will never buy another car from them and I wouldnt even recommend my worst enemy to buy one from them. Chris is great, but it is too bad he works at such a shady dealership.

    My daughter has had nothing but problems with her car since she bought it. The oil check light came on so she took it to the nearest Nissan dealer to fix, ( Kline Nissan on 61 in Maplewood.) The had looked at it and said the engine was tilted missing bolts, transfer case was leaking. Had it fixed or so say fixed it and the warranty co. paid 6,800.00. My daughter drove the car for 1 month and the check oil light came on again, The same problem, and the warranty co. said they would not pay for the same problem, it should have been fixed the first time. Kline Nissan wanted 2,100 more to fix and my daughter did not have that kind of money. She kept trying to go back an forth from warranty co and Kline Nissan to figure this out. This car sat there for 3 months and nothing was done to it, now finally my daughter agreed to pay 1,800 to fix and get her car back. Well yesterday she received her car back and this morning went out to start it and would not start. My husband went to jump it and said the cables around the battery were severely caroaded. When a service co. returns a car to a customer shouldn't all of this been checked. This service dept is the worst. I would not recommend this co. to buy or service a car. They are not helpful or in the interest of the customer. Now tonight her car did not start again, this time she brought it to a car repair shop and they said the battery was dead. Now it is costing her another 150.00 to get fixed.

    Hello, We gave your daughter a $2000 discount on repairs to fix something that was done by the previous owners of her vehicle. This was after her selling dealership (which was not Kline Nissan), and her warranty company refused to help her. In the service business, this is above and beyond. The vehicle started here each time and obviously started when she picked it up as well. Unfortunately, a battery is like a light bulb and can fail without warning.

    I helped my daughter lease a new Nissan Sentra and Randy and the folks at Kline made it easy. My daughter stopped at a different Nissan dealer in town and was not treated like the young lady that she is. We drove to Kline Nissan and left with a new car! I highly recommend Randy and Kline Nissan. I'll be back again!

    Brought my new 2017 Nissan Murano, only 350 miles on vehicle, for a really bad oil leak, bottom of engine and body crossmember and frame coated and dripping oil, dropped it off at Kline service advisor Dan said they would look into the problem, I asked to made sure they wipe down and clean the bottom of the engine, frame and crossmember, will take care of it he told me. A few hours later I get a call from Dan, he tells me they need to order a new oil pan and oil pan gasket, it will be coming from Chicago, parts will be here the next day, I said fine, and again asked him to be sure to wipe down and clean the bottom of the engine, frame and crossmember, he said will do. Picked the vehicle up the next day all done they tell me, get home and look under the vehicle, oil was cleaned from the bottom of the engine, but they never cleaned or wiped down the frame or the crossmember, still dripping oil from both, had to jack vehicle up and clean it my self. Called Kline service to complain, Dan is gone for the day they tell me, asked to have him call me the next day, he never called me back. Total disregard for my new vehicle, it`s on a hoist and you can`t clean it up!! WOW!! My daughter had her 2016 Nissan Rogue in for service at Kline last week, recall and tire rotation, said they did the recall and rotated the tires, she got home and noticed they only rotated the tires on the drivers side of the vehicle, what the xxxx, she called Kline service, lady said they were busy and someone would call her back later that day, they never called, she called them on Monday and asked for a refund on the tire rotation, the service manager check the cameras and saw that the service tech only rotated the drivers side tires, she was told that the tech was distracted and did not rotate the passenger side tires, refund coming in the mail, will see. I`m sure glad she didn`t have her oil changed their, whoops forgot to put the oil in.
