Doan Wu was our sales consultant and he was amazing, really a focus on customer service and not any high-pressure or other sales tactics that you normally find in a dealership environment. From beginning to end, Mountain States Toyota does it better than most others and I was delightfully surprised at how great I felt leaving with our vehicle after the purchase. I never second-guessed anything and I felt like a valued customer.

Doan Vu was our sales consultant and he was by far the best I have ever worked with and I used to sell cars so I feel pretty strongly about my experience in this area. This dealership does it right from start to finish and although they offered us all of the extras and financial options, we felt like a valued customer being given options, a welcome change from most high-pressure sales environments. I can only give a high recommendation and would send any family member here.

I had the opportunity to work with Patrick, and we were able to negotiate a trade and financing after one test drive for a used fj Criuser. The entire process took less than 3 hours, and I drove home with my new (to me) car that night. The process was simple, the service was excellent, and I recommend Patrick to anyone looking to buy a Toyota.

John helped me on two occasions....the first time to measure a Rav4 Hybrid to see if my dogs could be comfortably accommodated....then again when I sold my other car outright, he had me in a new Rav4 within 24 hours!

DO NOT use Mountain States Toyota to service your vehicle or get a recall repaired. We went in to have a recall repaired and ended up having a CV Boot damaged and and an antenna broken. Not only did they completely deny having any culpability, but also accused me of lying. We went from having no leaks on our driveway to having a puddle under the driver's side wheel.

John Salvidar was awesome! First time I stopped by, he helped me measure and figure out if my dogs would be comfortable in the hybrid Rav4. Second time, I had sold my other car outright, and John had me in my new Rav4 and out the door in 24 hours. Great salesperson with great service!

We walked in to just look at cars on October 31st, 2016 and were greeted by Roland Mombelli. An informative and helpful salesman who helped us from start to finish. We came in to buy a used car and Roland helped us with a no pressure approach. We asked about new Tacoma's and he gave us facts and spent the time to help us decide. He laid out clearly the options again with no pressure to buy "new." The whole experience from providing a water bowl for our little xxxxzu who came along that day not ever expecting to go on test drive after test drive. Sal in the sales office also provided great service in an easy going yet professional manner!

This is my second time dealing with Mountain States Toyota. Do your research before buying a car through the internet and contact them. Very easy and so far they are able to give very competitive price compared to other TOYOTA dealerships in Colorado.

Got my first 4Runner and I'm super happy! Lana was very helpful and answered the million questions I had. Would recommend to anyone ! Can't wait for the snow now.
