I have had some terrible car buying experiences in the past (even returned one car), but this was not one of those experiences. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the Tacoma. I felt not pressure to buy and was impressed by Daniels calm attitude and great customer service. I would definitely buy from these guys again- We did a lot of shopping and MST beat the price of all others just with the regular price. My only complaint would be the finance part of the deal. We experienced a significant amount of pressure to buy the extras that the clearly stated we did not want.

Great, friendly staff. Quick and easy experience. Sales staff is very knowledgeable. Service department is amazing! This was my second purchase from this dealer and if you are in the market I would definitely recommend putting Mountain States Toyota at the top of the list when it comes to encompassing all of your needs!

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Mountain States Toyota and would not even consider buying a Toyota from anyone else. Our salesman, Jim Gallegos, is consistently fantastic and takes the time to listen to our needs and is very responsive. The delivery of the vehicle is outstanding and Jim walked us through every feature on the vehicle before we left the dealership.

I didn't intend to buy a news car, but my old one made the decision for me. I previously had 4 Toyotas in a 30 year period, 1 new and 3 used. They obviously are reliable. Haven't dealt with Mountain States since moving to Colorado 8 years ago, but Lindsey in the internet department quickly responded to my inquiry. Mountain States is quite close to the retirement center where we live, and I visited because a sales associate at another dealership that I intended to visit was gone for the day. I met Bob right away, and he was very helpful. It quickly became obvious that a particular car had my name on it, but I always have to check cargo capacity of the small cars I buy. We headed home and made sure my wife's harp would fit (very close in a Plrius-C), and also checked my drums (small kit). When they did, we went back to the dealership and started the paperwork. I don't haggle when buying a car, and I've learned the value of a reliable dealership. The price on this Prius was good, and the dealership needs to make a profit to stay in business. Buying at year end is probably the best way to insure a reasonable price. I found that Mountain States has better prices and wider choice than many others in the area. I look forward to a good long-term relationship with Mountain States.

We worked with Larry Hall in the purchase of a new 2015 Sienna. Larry was fantastic and was very funny. He kept the mood light which is nice when car shopping. We didn't feel like he was trying to mess with us or upsell anything. He seemed quite honest and straightforward which was great. That doesn't happen often at car dealerships. However, our finance manager Ryan (forget his last name) was quite pushy about an extended warranty and didn't really take no for an answer. We do feel like he pressured us into an extended warranty (we did buy it) and that left a bad taste in our mouth after our great experience with Larry. Overall it was a good experience and would definitely buy here again and recommend Mountain States (and Larry especially!) to our friends.

This was my first time purchasing/financing a car through a dealership. Mountain States Toyota was highly recommended to me and I was pleased that the recommendation was spot on. The sales staff (Ray Saccomano) was very friendly and welcoming and made what is an intimidating process (esp. for a first time, inexperienced car buyer) relatively stress-free. Ray worked to get me into the best car for my lifestyle and financial situation and I'm really pleased with the results. I purchased a 2012 Scion XD with warranties at a fair, affordable price. Plus, in total only took about two hours, from showings to final purchase. Friendly and efficient, no gimmicks, no pressure.
