I don't usually leave bad reviews, but my experience here was really bad. I had decided on the car I wanted and they had it at Vision in Webster so I... went to look. The dealership was cluttered, loud and chaotic. I explained that I didn't need to test drive just to see the car. The salesperson handed me the keys and let me find the car on my own. I liked it and they made me an offer. The next day I was working on negotiating down the offer and felt they weren't being straight with me. Meanwhile I was reading bad reviews about these guys, and I saw a the same car at another dealer for a better price. I texted the salesman to tell him I was backing out. At this point the deal still could have been saved. He send me back an incredibly rude text (I wish I saved it, could have gone viral) that basically said "are you kidding me after all that time I spent..." And "yea you found another car at that price... Sure good luck with that" and so on. Don't waste your time with these guys.
Want something repaired? Your better off taking your car to a tarot car reader. First it’s this, then it’s that. Have had several promises of an issue... being fixed, but every time I paid the issue continued to show up. They fleeced me for almost 7k. Not to mention most of the service staff is rude, just an overall combative attitude. This Nissan family is nearly done in ridding our lives of nissans and switching to Honda’s or Toyota’s. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
Hats off to Bobby McMullen and Vissan Nissan for the great turn around in getting my vehicle. I love it very much. Been doing business with Bobby and... Vission Nissan for years. Great customer service. Bobby looked out for the way I travel and its a smooth ride and handles the road very well! You all especially Bobby Mcmullen will always get business. I will refer anyone I know looking for a new /used vehicle to VISSAN NISSAN.

So I understand that it was a long shot I would get approved. The fact that I had to keep calling and the sales person never returned my calls , really... made the whole experience, rotten!!!! If you are working with a customer, keep in touch with them ! Don’t just skirt the issue!!! I will never return to Vision Nissan Webster! They make promises they don’t keep!!! Came in to trade up was assured I would get what I wanted where I could afford the monthly bill. Went home got all I needed ... only to be told my car... was upside down on the loan that they helped me get. And my monthly payment was way over what I could handle... first time ever crying on the way home from.a dealership
After seeing a 3.5 Liter Altima 2016 leftover on-line, we drove 1 1/2 hours to check out the vehicle since my 2008 had been T-Boned and totaled in an accident.... Brian Wahl in sales made buying the car so easy. Since I had my insurance card and registration with me in my purse since the accident, I was able to drive the new Altima home on a dealer plate! Saved me from having to come back and waste 3 hours. Very happy with the experience and with the car!!!

I have always had great experiences with Nissan Wester. My sales man Mark Ellis is the only one I will deal with. I love the fact that I tell him what... I want and he lets me know when I can come in and make the final sale. Not pushy and I can walk away if I'm not satisfied.

I wrote a poor review of Vision Nissan of Webster on Monday. Less than 2 hours later I received a personal phone call from the owner Mario. He wanted to... make things right. We met later in the day, he was very pleasant and assured me the work would be done to my satisfaction. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is second to none. I would recommend Vision Nissan of Webster to anyone who wants or needs a new or used vehicle. They are the best! I am sorry about the poor review I wrote in haste. 3 days after buying a 2007 Saturn Vue there was and issue with the window tint. They would not fix the problem w/o charging me. Asked to look into it further... and the technician made it seem like I was putting him out. The salesman was pushy and would not budge on the price. He kept calling me up at work and trying to bully me into making a decision. I knew the Vue was good and when they finally moved a little on the price I bought it.

The recent service on our 2008 Nissan Altima was handled without a hitch thanks to the assistant service manger Christine and tech Dave Altman. Thank you... for quickly diagnosing, repairing and getting us back on the road !!! We will be back for up coming inspection.
