    My car was totaled and I had (unexpectedly of course) to buy a new car. A friend took me to Butler Toyota where I bought a 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid with 36K miles on it. I absolutely love it, and the whole experience was great. I worked with Ron Rangel-Scott who made the process so easy, and he is completely charming as well!. And Andy Skinner went over warranty and other options, he also was extremely personable and helpful. The dealership did a wonderful job of making me feel as if they are truly concerned with the happiness and satisfaction of their customers, and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone.

    Purchased a used 2009 Suburban in January and also purchased the extended warranty. Just shy of 90 we had to have the car towed to the local Chevy dealer. The total cost of repairs out of pocket was $2200.00. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle we took it to Florida where we found that the air conditioner didn't work. The cost of this repair was 1200.00 of the 2200.00. I made 5 calls to the dealership still no return phone call. I decided that since nobody was willing to call me back that I would go into Butler and talk to the Used Car Sales Manager . HIs response to my complaint was that I purchased a used car. He said he would reimburse me the $255.00 he paid another dealership to fix the air conditioner prior to putting the car on the lot. He also told me that if the $255 wasn't going to make me happy then he wasn't going to bother giving me the $255.00. He left and came back with the paperwork that he said shows the work done on the car along with a check for the $255.00 only to notice that the $255.00 was on a 99 Ford Mustang not our car like he said. Also, two days after purchasing the vehicle we noticed a huge rust spot on the vehicle after going thru the car wash. I went back and they did fix that but he informed me in the 2nd dealings that he didn't even want to do it. Mind you the rust has already come back thru because according to a body shop it was a quick fix not the correct way to fix it. NEVER again will we deal with this dealership again and would highly discourage anyone thinking of doing so. He had a book on his desk "How to make a first time customer a life long customer" my suggestion, you need to read it again!!!
