    I wish I had read some social media reviews before going to Butler Toyota. Worst customer service in the world. Find out who the manager on duty is and if it is Gene Hairston do not go near that place! Plenty of other dealers out there with fantastic customer service. We ended up buying a 2017 Sienna from Andy Mohr. I highly recommend them. A few days ago, I contacted a number of Toyota dealerships including Butler to get an idea of the type of deals they have ongoing. An online sales rep from Bulter, contacted me by email and gave me a quote on a 2017 Toyota Sienna. She quoted me the web page price - $500. The same day I applied to financing from Toyota and was approved for 0% financing. However, when my wife and I got to the dealer we were told that there has been a mistake and the price I was quoted was not available with the 0% financing. This was a surprise, because one of the Butler sales persons gave us the quote, she should have known better. We felt deceived. She gave us a low price just to get us in the door and then the sales manager would refuse to back-up the price. At that point, we saw no reason to continue the discussion, thanked the sales rep for his time and headed for the door. He asked us to wait a minute and brought his manager, Mr. Gene Hairston, to talk to us. Mr. Hairston walked toward us visibly agitated. He came waving some printed papers (my email communication). He became more and more agitated as the discussion went on. He raised his voice, pointed a finger at my chest and told me repeatedly ???you are wrong??? and ???you don???t understand??? and ???you are the one that made a mistake not us???. We felt so humiliated. What did we do wrong? What did we do to deserve such a treatment? On the way out the door, I noticed the claim on the door that Butler Toyota serves customers with ???integrity???. How ironic! This behavior is unacceptable. I read enough bad reviews of Butler Toyota on social media (Facebook, Yelp, etc.) to realize that I am not the only one humiliated and disrespected by Butler Toyota. I would never buy anything from that place, ever.

Once I reached one lady helped me to do the test drive and explaining the details.She was nice and kind, but once we came to the negotiation, the Sales manager guy came and he was behaving like we are just coming for fun and not serious buyer and the behavior was very rough. I felt like I am his junior employee and he is my Boss:) . I never faced such rude behavior. If the deal does not work out that is fine, but in my opinion some one ca't behave rudely. We are getting some time from office and going to a dealer ...just not to do fun..rite

    My wife and I purchased a new 2017 Sienna Limited van in mid-January at Butler after doing some comparison shopping at other dealerships, both Toyota and others. I was somewhat skeptical about going to Butler because in 2014 we purchased a new Camry hybrid and the person I dealt with at Butler then was unwilling to work with me on price. Ultimately we purchased the Camry at another dealership. I am an assertive negotiator and I found Ron Rangel-Scott to be very easy to work with. He let us make up our minds on which Sienna edition to purchase without being pushy and was willing to meet my price point without resorting to any "new car sales tactics." Months later I have gone back to Ron twice for recommendations on after-sale add-ons to the van, once to have a trailer hitch installed and the other to have the front driver and passenger windows tinted. Even though there was no sale in it for him, Ron took the time to give me leads on vendors who did top-quality jobs at reasonable prices. We were so pleased with the vendor that did the window tinting on the van that we had him do the Camry too. We have now also had the van into Butler for a scheduled no-cost checkup and we have used Butler for routine maintenance on the Camry. We give Butler's service department high marks for their efficiency and courtesy and for their not being dismissive to my wife when she brought the Camry in for service.

    I was interested in purchasing a Highlander. Ron brought one for me to look at, afterwards, I went inside to wait for him. After 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist if Ron was still in the building. She said that she believed he was, but didn't offer to try to contact him so I left. Ron never called to apologize eventhough, he had my phone number. I purchased my Toyota at a different dealership.

    We bought our first car from Butler 12 yrs ago and when we decided to buy another one, Butler is still our first choice. Even though we can't find our previous dealer at Butler now but luckily we met Ron Rangel-Scott as our new sales dealer. Ron is a kind, friendly and responsible dealer, that is one of the reasons we saw a car and bought a car in the same day. The whole purchasing process went smooth with Ron's assistant and he also introduced all the functions of the car inside-out to us. I would definitely recommend Ron and Butler dealership to my friends and family. Thank you, Ron! Thank you, Butler!

    Let me first say, I'm very happy with my car and recognize it was listed below fair market value. However, the buying process and customer service here was insulting, cold and I'll never return. While the negotiation of the car was less than a pleasant experience, I could hear dealers next to me speaking poorly about customers and them asking for lower prices. My salesman was simple and easy to deal with and everything was fine until he told me that me paying cash as "worse for him" b/c he made more money if we financed. He also told me the dent in the car was not able to be taken out by his guy b/c of the location of it, and that the scratches were the reason the price of the car was dropped and that they would not buff them out. Ludicrous. Funny how they would drop the price after I was willing to walk and offer my trade in. After agreeing on a price, I was met by the finance person who had nothing to say to me, turned his back on me when I went to shake his hand, processed my paperwork and that was that. While I don't expect to be wined and dined, I found the entire experience cold and unfriendly. When I returned the next day, to finish paperwork, I was met by the same finance person who didn't shake my hand again. He had to ask me my name again when was there less than 24 hours ago. Next time, I'll be sure to visit a dealership who appreciates the cash they receive and treats their customers with a bit more friendliness.

    I have leased a vehicle from this dealership and everything seemed great until as of recent. I am leasing a Scion IA I took the car in for service because a mysterious liquid is leaking from both of my sideview mirrors I thought maybe adhesive, or glue ? The people who serviced my car told me it was just soap and it would be 50 dollars to buff it out. So my question is everytime I wash my car I'll have to get soap buffed out?! Anyway I haven't washed my car since the service and the liquid is once again forming down the side of my car. I've called multiple times just get forwarded to voicemails that never lead to a returned phone call. I'm also looking for other options to buy this vehicle because I have gotten a new job and will be going way over my mileage by the time my lease is up . I was told two days ago by the secretary that my leasing specialist was no longer with the company so she wasn't sure who could help me . I was one again forwarded to another voicemail with no returned phone call . This experience is so miserable I hope I can find another dealership or just deal with Scion directly.

    Bad interpersonal skills and or training for their service agents. If you've ever dealt with service personnel with an attitude and this type of situation raises your blood pressure, I suggest you find a different option for service.

    My car was totaled and I had (unexpectedly of course) to buy a new car. A friend took me to Butler Toyota where I bought a 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid with 36K miles on it. I absolutely love it, and the whole experience was great. I worked with Ron Rangel-Scott who made the process so easy, and he is completely charming as well!. And Andy Skinner went over warranty and other options, he also was extremely personable and helpful. The dealership did a wonderful job of making me feel as if they are truly concerned with the happiness and satisfaction of their customers, and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone.
