Parts department staff in the Winter Park location were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very honest and professional, especially John Cotto. I went there thinking that I needed a complete power steering pump and came to find out that I only needed 2 O-rings. He was very helpful and did not push for me to purchase unnecessary parts. As frustrating as finding a recall notification in the mail is it was relieving to know that the time for repair would be but all under an hour. My service provider Tony Lupo promised me a speedy service and he delivered on this promise. Sales: Also, GREAT sales reps in the deelership. They stick to the “no haggling” service style and show you a vehicle that you want to see instead of pulling something out that is double the cost with half the quality as Auto Nation often does.
