I’d only recommend seeing Brittany

She’s amazing and actually let me know what I’m covered for and not covered for since the sales rep told me I had no coverage on anything. Also, there was a worker that was in the bathroom that had the nerve to use the stall with the children’s changing table, come out the stall then apologized for being in there when I needed to change my son. Then proceed to ask me if my baby was mine then says he’s cute. I’ve had a rough experience from day one when I got my car with this dealership. The only reason I’ll come back is because of Brittany.

When I said Brittany is the only reason I’ll come back or book any services, I truly meant it. From the first day when I got to Mazda in October 2018 it’s been nerve racking, which wasn’t good for my pregnancy. I was told I could lease. Then I was sent home with the car. I had to come back 5 days later because I had to finance. I wasn’t able to switch the car, I was told I had no warranty coverage, I was told a million things under the sun that wasn’t true. The only reason I returned back was because of the recall. If Brittany wasn’t there and didn’t tell me the truth I promise I would’ve never came back. I understand that I’m 1 out of the million customers your dealership has. But I know what’s it’s like in the customer service industry. I work in it. So the only silver lining is her. As long as she’s there I’ll go there for my services

Pleasant lease of a mazda cX-9

it was a very pleasant experience working with Izzy and Mark. They were very helpful. We also work with Arnold in finance and he was very helpful.

Best car buying experience ever!

Very knowledgeable sales people. Offered a great price. Financing process was quick and easy. Open, honest and transparent. I will definitely return to this dealership when I am back in the market for a car.

Extremely nice people, but...

The staff in the service center are extremely nice and very informative when keeping us updated. However, this is the second time we've had the vehicle in for service and they released the vehicle without checking over everything. The Service is Past Due message was not reset, so we either have to take it back and look at this for the next 7500 miles.

Great experience

Easy, painless experience overall. Had to wait a while to get into the finance offices but it was also a busy Saturday. I knew what I wanted already so Ashley was ready for me with the car I wanted. I’d recommend.
