Apple Ford has provided me with great service for many

Apple Ford has provided me with great service for many years. No one is happy when a vehicle needs service or breaks down but all vehicles do at some point. Apple Ford has a great service department. Overall I’m impressed by there service!

I wanted to leave a review to warn people not to take

I wanted to leave a review to warn people not to take anything that either Justin King or Chris Bailey say on the phone or in writing in an email for granted. We negotiated a deal to purchase a truck. We are not local so we scheduled a time to come pick it up, secured a cashiers check for the purchase price and confirmed an appointment the next morning to purchase and pick up the truck. 15 minutes before getting in the car to come purchase the vehicle, we were told they sold the truck from under us. We had offered to sign a bill of sale, hold the truck with a credit card, etc and were told that was not necessary. They are liars and not to be trusted.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought TWO cars here on the same day. Fast forward to end of Oct 2023 I was having some issues with my 2017 Ford Explorer which was a certified used car. They talked me into purchasing the extra warranty on top of the warranty that was already coming with the vehicle during purchase. So, when I brought the car to them they told me there was no warranty purchased. I insisted there was and they told me no over and over again. I took my car hom and then found my paperwork proving I had warranty. I had already had the parts replaced by another certified mechanic and it did not fix the problem. My husband and son broke down on the highway and the shop decided they would finally bring the car in and could now see there was indeed a warranty. My car was there from Nov. 2023 for 99 days. They refused to give me a rental, warranty company would only cover the o2 sensor. I was left with NO transportation for NINETY NINE days. They replaced the o2 sensor and spark plugs after I JUST had them replaced 5 days prior to them getting the vehicle there. Then they proceeded to tell me only certain things would be fixed under warranty. A warranty they ensured me would cover anything and everything! It was not a cheap warranty!!! I trusted them! So, while they had my car more and more things were having to be fixed. Then they told me my entire exhaust system needed replaced. They told me I had to pay for this! It would be $5600!!! No warranty covered! They said it didn't matter if it was a "snowball effect" its not covered. I finally got them to waive labor costs and got them to use the money that Ford Motors gives shops MONTHLY to assist with another $2000. I paid out of pocket $1000 for something that likely never even needed to be replaced. Why? Because once I finally got my car back after 99 days IT BARELY MADE IT BACK HOME! 45 min into driving home the check engine light was on again it puttered along and would go over 45-50 mph. They towed it back the next day. It was there for a few weeks again. Replaced more parts like fuel injectors o2 sensor again harness' etc. Gave the car back to me and I had it FOUR days before the SAME problem SAME codes came up again!!!! So, back to the shop it went for another couple weeks. I just got it back for the THIRD time on Friday last week.....and now today, Wednesday, FIVE days later its the SAME problem!!! Now there is white smoke pouring out the exhaust there are SEVEN codes coming up the check engine light flashing and won't go over 50mph. I called the shop, they now tell me their tow truck is broken they cant get the vehicle and THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A RENTAL. the customer service at this service shop is unreal. If someone buys TWO cars from you, came to you for help, get ALL my oil changes from there and bought warranty from there YOU TREAT THEM RIGHT!!! I asked many times about having a service engineer come out to assist and they've told me they don't need that help that they know what they are doing. THEY DO NOT! THEY ARE THROWING PARTS AT MY VEHICLE HOPING SOMETHING WORKS! NOW THEY ARE LEAVING ME STRANDED AND HOPING I JUST BRING MY CAR ELSEWHERE SO THEY DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT ANYMORE. THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY CANNOT FIGURE OUT AND BLATANTLY TOLD ME THEY ARE NOT WASTING THEIR TIME FIGURING OUT WHAT IT IS. THEY WILL ONLY FIX WHAT THE CODES ARE. This is an awful location and I wish you best if you ever decide to purchase a vehicle there or need repairs.

Service department is a scam.

Service department is a scam. I took my car in for a free oil change and they claimed I needed to replace my brand new battery as it was about to fail. I declined, and the next time I took my car in for a free oil change the battery they said was failing previously was magically testing fine now. If you get oil changes here ALWAYS decline the maintenance they try and upsell you. My wife was duped when they said her rear brake pads were low and needed to be replaced. She agreed to have the brake pads replaced. When she picked up her car they billed her $700 for flushing the brake lines, and new pads and rotors

Sean Boyd, sales consultant - extremely pushy when they don’t get their way. Last text to me was “good luck on your inequity’. Who says something like that, tell me that? Why do sales people even exist, especially when vehicles are available to purchase online self-serve…..select/build your vehicle, apply for financing, sign the paperwork, drop off keys and trade, and accept delivery of your vehicle……all convenient and contactless!

I am deeply disappointed by the abysmal service I

I am deeply disappointed by the abysmal service I received from TriState Collision Center -Apple Ford. From start to finish, my experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, they took an exorbitant amount of time to complete the repair on my vehicle, (almost a year) far beyond the initial estimation they provided. Throughout this extended period, they failed to return any of my phone calls inquiring about the status of the repair, leaving me feeling completely in the dark and utterly frustrated. When I finally retrieved my vehicle, the quality of the workmanship was shockingly poor. It was evident that the repair had been rushed, with sloppy paintwork and obvious signs of negligence. Moreover, upon closer inspection, I discovered that they had actually caused additional damage to my vehicle during the repair process. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they attempted to cover it up, further exacerbating the situation. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by TriState Collision Center -Apple Ford is simply unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected to receive competent service and quality workmanship, neither of which was delivered. I also had to pay for my rental out of pocket. I am thoroughly disappointed and would caution anyone against entrusting their vehicle to this establishment. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a reputable body shop that values integrity and customer satisfaction.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff Erlich at Apple Ford, and I have to say, the experience was better than I ever could have imagined. I started off just wanting to look at a Ford Bronco to get a feel for its features compared to other cars. I was honest with Jeff that I wasn’t sure I would end up buying a Bronco and that I had other vehicles I wanted to look at as well. Jeff was never pushy, never dismissive, and simply was excited to show me what the Bronco could offer. I left that night never feeling pushed to make a decision, but also very excited about the features of the Bronco and knowing that if I was getting a Bronco, I was going to work with Jeff. Jeff called me a few days later to follow up, I informed him that I had done my research, and we started talking about how to get the Bronco I was looking for. We ended up finding it about 50 miles away, and Jeff looked over every feature to ensure it was what I wanted. We ended up getting the Bronco brought to Apple Ford so I could take advantage of their “Customer for Life” program. We worked with Dylan in their financing department and were able to reach a really great situation for us. Despite it being the end of the day we never felt rushed, and always felt as if he was more than willing to answer all of our questions. I have never worked with a dealership that was as honest and upfront as Apple Ford. I took delivery of my Bronco, and continued to hear from Jeff to see how it’s going and if everything is alright. I was blown away, 5/5 stars.

I parked my 8 month new 2023 Audi on the dealership lot

I parked my 8 month new 2023 Audi on the dealership lot while assisting my son with his Ford issues. While it was parked in a customer spot, one of the dealership's drivers tore the entire front end of my vehicle off. Apple Ford’s driver on Apple Ford’s lot decided to squeeze a box truck between parked cars in the customer car parking area directly in front of the showroom! Now, if you know the lot, those spots are made for normal cars and most pickup trucks. These are definitely tight for a box truck much like the 15’ UHAUL you might rent. You also know that there is a clear path around the lot to get pretty much anywhere you need to drive, and those paths will handle most box trucks. Well, this xxxxxxx decided to take a detour between parked cars instead of going around them. The path was clear for him to go around! (see image below) So, I see this and am understandably livid. The general manager (who is 3rd generation owner) is writing up a report. I’m telling him they are buying me a new car. I get no response. This is a $65,000 vehicle. I should NOT be driving around in something that has been carelessly assaulted. They must pay to make this right. All I get from the manager is… wait for the insurance company to make an estimate. I don’t care what his insurance is doing. I want a new car! I bought a new 2023 car; I should be able to drive away with peace of mind that I will be properly taken care of. I could not get any sense that Ned was going to guarantee any such thing. He is looking at ways to minimize his liability to the situation, but I guarantee he would be thinking as I am if the shoe was on the other foot. Oh, BTW 3 cars were hit! The driver didn’t stop after the first one! If you are buying a Ford Maverick, you better check to see if it was hit! That was the first one. The second one was the receptionist’s vehicle. She said she hadn’t even made a payment on it, yet. Hers was a minor sideswipe compared to the Maverick and mine, but mine was worse than the other 2 (and the box truck) combined. Ned didn’t even provide a loaner car! A car lot that has no loaner?! xxx! I ended up riding my motorcycle to work the next day in the rain. Thanks, Ned! You’re a pal! He also said he was going to forward the report he sent his insurance. I physically went to the dealership the next day and had to request that again. Still waiting as of typing this note. My car will never be the same physically or in my mind. I will always know the damage that was done. Never have I ever had a vehicle that was in an accident be totally new again. There will always be something inconsistent with the new vehicle that I purchased. So, now I am just waiting to see what “the insurance” has to say about it. Ned should just buy my car outright, have his insurance make the repairs, and sell it on his used lot! That would be the RIGHT THING TO DO, Ned! Well, FINALLY, I got my car back. It only been 3+ months! Not a word this entire time from Ned. Even his insurance has been avoiding me. All phone call, voicemails, and emails to them have been ignored. Not one response. Good thing I involved my own insurance, although that had its own issues. After having the car for a couple weeks, there are numerous issues still unresolved. Part of this is on the body shop, but it would never have been at the body shop if it weren’t for this careless driver who was employed by Apple Ford. The paint is now off. The panels are not precision like they were from the factory. The headlights are not aligned. The rims were never replaced, so it has a huge gash in one of the 22” rims. Aside from not getting depreciation for these people, I also have had to spend time & money to get their screw-up back to some resemblance of okay. The car will never be okay.
