I can't type it all because of the limited space. Their customer service is horrible, they damage vehicles then don't own up to their mistakes, they d...on't talk to you about your car at all. I took my vehicle there for routine maintenance no lights on just an oil change or fluid flush. Each time a light was on and they had no document of the light on my service records nor did anyone mention it to me. When i pick up my car and ask why they tell me it was already on. I take very good care of my car. if any light comes on I immediately take it to the dealership. so to pretty much tell me I'm lying and that it must have been on before hand is just plan wrong. I literally hate this service department and the dealership as a whole!!!! They're crooks!!!

I went to dealership to look at a Ram Promaster on 11/10/17. I was on the lot for 15 minutes and proceeded to the sales office. I stopped at the front... area for 10 minutes and proceeefed to walk around the showroom for another 15. Not a single sales person or staff member asked if I needed help or had been helped, even though I saw two salesmen B.S. with each other. I left and went to Criswell and purchased a Promaster two hours later. Worst place ever.
(Passport Nissan - Suitland, MD) The dealership was unable to provide and prepare my spare key when I purchased the car. I was told to schedule an app...ointment and come back one day. Even more frustrating, I was contacted about a month after purchasing my car because apparently the dealership made a mistake with my paperwork and needed me to complete an entirely new contract. Not only does this mean that I had been driving and paying insurance for a vehicle with no contract, but my payments will now go past the initial end date. After letting the employee know I'd be out of town for a few days, I was threatened with the car being taken if I couldn't make it to the dealership. I agreed to allow them to take the car and I would get my lawyer involved. I was harassed with 7+ phone calls, and emails daily. The only incentive given was a full tank for me to drive one hour away from home to the dealership. After a sales associate finally met me at my home (awkwardly at 9 pm in the evening) I signed all the new paperwork, so I thought. A week and a half after that, I was contacted again with a harassing number of phone calls because yet again, "they" forgot to get a signature on another form. All contact numbers from this dealership have since been blocked from accessing me by phone. This is by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I regret purchasing from this location.
Excellent service from a Nissan Dealership that is supportive, proactive, that understands and values providing a atmosphere that customers service... is their top priority.
Would give negative stars if possible. Was supposed to pick up a car tonight (After planning to complete paperwork tonight and drive home with car) an...d was asked to call the manager. Manager said that the price quote (with taxes and all) that they gave me was not accurate. Did not offer to reconcile situation either. Wanted to stay with Passport since I bought my previous Altima from the Alexandria location. Will NEVER buy from the company again.
I had been looking for a new car for about five months. I already take my car to this dealership for service. My old dealership moved further away and... became inconvenient. Passport Nissian made it and easy and very comfortable process. I really had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle today but JD Pittman, sales person made it very easy. No pressure and showed me exactly what I was hoping to find! Eric , Manager was great and very personable. I am happy I chose to come to Passport from the onset. I look forward to many years of a great business relationship. I did not feel like a " number" but a real person. Genuine customer service is hard to find now days. I did not feel they were doing me a favor. Instead I felt "special". Thank you and kudos from JD, Eric to Mike the finance person. Keep up the great service!
We recently purchased a 2017 Rogue vehicle. The salesperson who assisted us was Mr.Tony Contee at Passport Nissan. Mr. Contee guidance through the ent...ire process was outstanding. Mr.Contee provided information about the vehicle and answered our questions in full detail. Thanks to the entire staff at Passport Nissan the atmosphere there made us feel welcomed-Again, special thanks to Mr.Contee ; as for anyone looking for a vehicle (new or used) I surely would mention Passport Nissan and of course Mr.Contee.
