Write a reviewCan't say enough about Fred and David. They both went above and beyond. I found the perfect vehicle and flew in from Boston. The vehicle was ready and staged upon my arrival. Fred and I went for a ride and clearly explained everything to me and made the experience unbelievable. David had the paperwork started and we finished in record time. I was in and out within two hours. Drove back to Boston that afternoon. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We love this feedback! Thank you for choosing Tate Dodge Chrysler Jeep and for sharing your experience with Fred and David. We hope you enjoy your new vehicle. Safe travels back to Boston!
My wife and I went into Tate's used car lot to consider purchasing a late model Ford Expedition. We met Lizzbeth and she was great with her knowledge and helpfulness. Her attitude sold us on her, and in short order we bought the Expedition. The rest of the team did their part to get this deal done. Much thanks to all, but Lizzbeth got this deal done. We left very satisfied. Thank you, Lizzbeth.

Hi Gene, it's fantastic to know that Lizzbeth and the rest of our team at Tate Dodge Chrysler Jeep were able to assist you in finding your Ford Expedition. We appreciate your kind words about her knowledge and helpfulness! Enjoy the ride!
This was one of the most stress free buying experiences ever. Their "everybody" discounted price was no joke. Jimmy was very helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle. No games on trade in , price or financing. Highly recommend.

Thanks for the five stars, Steve! We're honored to hear that Jimmy and the rest of the crew here at Tate Dodge Chrysler Jeep could assist you during your visit with us. We hope to see you back for all of your future automotive needs!
Smooth exchange with my trade-in. Hassle-free pricing. The pictures that they had on the site gave me the perfect visual. It was well worth it and I will be back for another vehicle.

I tried to buy a car out of state , no down payments accepted. They didn't know how to handle purchase for Iowa. I worked on this for a week and finally they sold the car. The sales people were nice the management were poor and I believe not ethical. If your out of state I would look elsewhere. I have been a sales trainer for 22 years and haven't seen anything like this.

I bought my truck from them and had to have it repaired 6 times in 30 days. Had to keep returning to fix same issues multiple times. I got tired of having a certified vehicle (which is a joke because they never even checked the fluids) in the repair shop so many times before I even made the first payment. I went in and tried to have them make it right by taking the truck back. They would not return it even though they acknowledged the truck has been in multiple times for similar issues all within 30 days. I was eventually so fed up that I paid out of pocket $3500 to them just to sell the truck back. I had bought several vehicles from them before and they did absolutely nothing to help me at all. I will never buy another car from them . Also one of the so called repairs they did to the truck was smear silicone all around the rear window because it was leaking water inside the cab. This is a $36,000 car that now had home depot silicone smeared all around. And still leaked inside. DO NOT GO HERE. They will not help you after buying and they don't stand behind their product. If you do get a car be careful because they ruined my car smearing silicone all over it inside and out and cost me $3500

The dealer tried to pull the old bait and switch on me. I found a Ram 1500 package through Cars.com and made an appointment to see the dealer because the price worked for my wife and I. When I get to the dealer, I can see the truck parked along the front so it can be viewed from the Hwy. The internet sales associate says they have a guy "picking it up" to bring around front. While I was waiting, I decided to check the VIN of the truck I saw on my way in, and wouldn't you know it, it matched the vehicle advertised. The sales person tried to claim that there were after market parts on the vehicle I saw advertised which changed the price, which according to the sticker, was about $50,000. That is almost an $11,000 dollar difference than what that truck was advertised for on Cars.com. I was so disappointed.

As with many people today, COVID-19 has kept us on "lock down." Today, I had a chance to leave the house and so I went "window Shopping" for a car. When I arrived I thought the dealership was closed as I didn't see anyone inside or outside. Shortly after stepping out of my car, "Joe" stepped outside. He explained the reason the dealership appeared closed (COVID-19 precautions). He asked if I was browsing or had something in mind already. We chatted over some of my needs which led me to the Jeep Cherokee. I had already done my homework on several vehicles, the Cherokee being one of them. Long story short, after a fairly short discussion (in car buying time), we did numbers, covered warranties, etc., and... Homeward bound with a new (used) vehicle. No pressure tactics, relaxed atmosphere, no "salesman slang", just a very pleasant car buying experience. Oh, and by the way, my 17-year old son was with me during the entire purchase. He hopes his first car buying experience is as smooth as this one. Buy from "Great Tate" in confidence.

"Deceptive" is a good descriptive word for this dealership. We purchased a brand new pickup and were promised several things by the sales team that they did not deliver. We asked that the tires be turned around so that the white lettering did not show. They were supposed to do it before delivery but could not get it done for whatever reason. We were coming back for a bed liner and tonneau cover and were assured they would "take care of it" then. They didn't mention an $88 charge. To me when someone says they will "take care of it" that means it is part of the deal. We also called back the day we got the truck to ask that we also get running boards installed when we come back. We were quoted a price by the salesperson of $550 "or so." Imagine our surprise when we went to pickup the truck and the charge was over $800! The difference was the installation even though sales told me the $550 was installed. When I went back to the sales manager he basically said I couldn't prove I was promised the $550 price so I was stuck. They held all the cards at that point. Make sure anything that the salesperson or sales manager promises you either record on your phone or get it in writing because they will back off those promises AFTER you already have items installed. The service team was excellent, unfortunately they get the wrath of customers who have been promised things by sales that they then don't back up.
