    I had been looking for a very particular car, something not so common, so when I discovered that LB had one coming in I made the effort to drive down and see it. Getting a salesman took time, but when I got one he was miserable and clearly didn't want to be there. He did however finally show me the car and eventually, with some convincing he let me test drive it. Done I'll take it. The finance guys were the biggest problem. I said I want finance from space coast cu, I could have done myself but they said they could do it. Paperwork arrives and it's some random credit union. I question the guy and he insisted it was space coast, it just shows up with an address for the office in fll. Total lie!!!! When I get the paperwork a few days later, I realise the lies and refinanced with space coast. The money it cost to refinance I also saved in Apr. I'll never buy from these guys again, even the manager wasn't interested in my complaint after the event and told me his guys don't lie and I should be happy as I got a really good price on my car. (I paid full msrp as it was hard to find)

    After researching where this Mazda dealership was, I was greeted with the delightful sight of seeing good reviews via google reviews. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a sales rep, Jason. I found the car I wanted, things were going smooth. I had my sights on a Mazda 3HB & planned to trade in my car if the numbers were right. We started talking numbers & that's where it went south. I was low balled on the trade in value on my car, which is understandable; this is a business. After denying their first offer on the Mazda 3 & the trade in value of my car, I countered with my offer. After Jason saw my offer, he grabbed the manger or ~owner~ as he says: Les Nunez. Les came out and said "Where'd you guys get this crazy number." After a light exchange of words, !!!!!! Les then introduced himself & told told us to have a great night!!!! Totally thrown off by that & feeling disrespected, we left. I then walked back in to get his name.. When I asked Les his name he said "here's my business card, I own the place. So whatever review or email you're going to send, I own this place." If Les Nunez really owns this place, I can see why this place has bad reviews.. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car here. Never. You might be denied just like I was. I can't believe I was kicked out of a car dealership based on my offer. Simply just wont bring business here, or recommend business here. & if your reading this Mazda, A response is not needed.

    sent a message using cars.com asking for pictures of the car because none were posted. Got a call asking when I wanted to come see the car. I told the sales person if I could get pictures of the car because I was 70 miles away. He said oh yeah ill have someone send them. 5 days later still waiting. Thanks.

    Great buying experience Mark Estridge couldnt have been any better, going in for my oil change soon then i can review the service, staff was friendly, just maybe a better vending machine or hotchocolate/coffee machine for the people that have to stay longer, but overall great! thanks mark!

    I have to take a moment from my life and give great praise to all the gents at Mazda. For the past 3 leases my husband and I have only been dealing with Chrysler/Jeep back in Staten Island, NY. Our last lease was a Grand Cherokee fully loaded, it was with great pain that we had to say goodbye. My husband visited every car dealer in the Coral Springs, Coconut Creek and Pompano radius. As he's a New Yorker and this is our 6th lease suffice it to say he strikes a hard bargain. Last and final stop was to your shop and Matt Mandra. Matt was a true professional, his integrity, knowledge of the vehicle and true compassion on this stressful endeavor was beyond excellence. After 9 years of owning Jeep vehicles to now make the transition to a totally different dealer and closing that deal in one day (we normally like to think about it for awhile) took extreme salesmanship. This guy Matt is a gem and hats off to him! I am 58 and my husband is 60 so we've been around and know honesty and quality in a person when we see it. I also want to make a huge shout out to Anthony Segreto the Finance Manager (an ex new Yorker) for getting the numbers at our fixed income level and getting us out as quickly as possible. Another gem in the bunch, everyone at your facility was wonderful and I recommend them whole heartedly. I could go on and on but then I'd have to start my own blog!! The new baby is a Titanium Flash CX-5..........this is the start of a truly great relationship, sorry CHRYSLER/JEEP parting is such sweet sorrow.............Thank you Matt and Anthony............
