    I have a great experience each time I visit Infiniti. Staff is always professional and polite. It's a pleasure dealing directly with JR my customer service rep. Overall outstanding service. Even down to checking out Tonya was great as well.

    Brought my car in and was greeted with friendly service people. They repaired and serviced my vehicle, cleaned it up really nice and gave me a nice loaner while I waited for it to be completed.

    I purchased the QX60 around March. The salesperson did not explain the vehicle and technology stuff well so I had to figure out by myself and the salesperson seems not care about us after I signed the sales agreement paper and etc. It is very hard to get him because he is trying to sell a car to another customer. I even did not get my registration when I pick up my license plate. The person who installed the license plate for me only gave me the car key. I swear to god they did not give me the registration card and try to contact the finance manager for several times and I even left voicemail and the finance manager did not call me back. I even went in to the dealershop and let the guy at the front know but either he did not let finance manager know or the finance manager ignored it. I called the finance manager and he sounded like it is my fault and I might lose it. If I lost my registration card, why would I call you guys since it is only freaking $5 to have duplicate registration? Why would I call and ask for the registration for just $5? Such a bad dealership. I purchased so many vehicles in many different delarships but never experience such bad customer service. I give you extra star because I like my QX60. I will definitely not buy a car at this dealership.

    Yes, JBA Infiniti has a nice comfortable waiting room; yes, loaner vehicles are available; yes, it's easy to schedule an appointment online or by phone. But what keeps me coming back to JBA Infiniti is my trust of my service advisor Byron Smith a.k.a. "JR" to not upsell me any unnecessary repair services. That is what keeps me coming back, JR's honesty and integrity. Infiniti is a luxury car that has the maintenance costs to accompany it. There are other places which can service my vehicle for a fraction of the cost; however, the mechanics know their Infiniti product and my 2010 FX 35 is still running smoothly, which keeps me coming back to the dealership, instead of setting for a lower priced service elsewhere.
