Not what I expected

The process took too long. This is after the car being purchased had been decided in advance. We just sat at the dealership for hours on end for a process that should have taken less time. A simple request such as bags to move my stuff from my old car to the new car was not fulfilled. The entire dealership did not have any bags. No coffee or drinks available. No snacks available. No micro fiber cloth provided for the car to wipe down screens. Another huge problem was being misled on the actual mileage of the car. 69 miles per gallon advertised. Not even getting 30 miles per gallon consistently. Horrible. I understand some drop off, but that is ridiculous. Customer service is good and the sales rep has been very responsive.

Hurry up and buy. After you buy, it’s downhill from there. It’s taken this dealership over 5 months to get me the hard plate for my vehicle. Dealing with the title department is a nightmare. They give you a million reasons why you still don’t have a tag & cannot give you another temp tag. I will never deal with this dealership again. I am going to go to the motor vehicle department and see if I can get the tag on my own.

I did not have the tag as of that review. I still don’t have a tag because someone didn’t note I requested my tag be sent to a specific address via a telephone conversation. I have to go to DMV and request a duplicate tag. I just don’t understand why it took 5 months to get registration processed even with a the messed up title your title department claimed to have in the beginning. On the last response as to why the vehicle still wasn’t registered, it was “oh we sent the wrong amount of money so the tag was sent back.” That was false because on that same day the registration was processed according to the DMV.

scheduled service for my Volvo

Booking my scheduled maintenance through the dealership's phone system was quick and efficient. Bruce Silvers' attention to detail and follow through is always excellent. I travelled 17 miles to Koons' new location {previously in Owings MIlls} because I am confident in his and the service staff's ability to offer the best service.

I love my XC40 RDesign! Richie was the best assistant ever! He gave me more information about my vehicle than I ever had at any dealership in Maryland. When I’m ready to buy my next Volvo I will look for him.

Disappointed Out of Towner

Everything was just great until my application wasn’t approved via online application. After submitting my Application I’ve had to reach out several times just to find out the application wasn’t approved. Pretty sure if I was there in person it wouldn’t of been half bad. So the moral is make sure you have superb credit and avoid online application if you have to cause you will not be prioritized. Sadly I have to go via online because i was inquiring from out of state

Kudos to Rony our service advisor and his technician, both of whom addressed our rear passenger door inner operation concern. Very professional and a state of the art facility here at Koons Volvo at White Marsh. Also, allow me to share that the most polite receptionist,Cindy, too, made our visit 5 Star. Purchased used 2020 Lincoln Navigator L

Just went into look the dealership was extremely busy but the salesperson and Management did a good job being sensitive to our time. They even delivered the vehicle later that day. We were there relatively short period of time entering finance via salesperson laptop was very quick and easy.
