I ordered a new 760i last year. I waited 8 months for it to arrive, and when it did, the dealership pressured me to take ownership by the end of the month, ( btw- they said it arrived on Jan 30) because it was good for them. I had business travel and couldn’t accommodate their schedule. They didn’t care… all they wanted was to make a deal before the end of the month. The sales guy literally said it was important for them, due to the way BMW allocates their cars, that I take it by the end of the month. Point is, this is a high pressure dealership. They don’t care about the consumer, they only care about their own interests. Not only did I not get the car I ordered 8 months ago, but now I don’t think I will ever do business with this dealership again! Bad experience- will go out of state for next BMW (which will be bmw #10).
The best car buying experience!
Eric was very helpful in our search for the right car. He is a very easy going, no hype or pressure kind of guy. Very respectful and genuinely sincere. We highly recommend him and BMW of Nashville. Our car is stellar!

Car Buying Experience
My experience was very smooth. My Salesperson Kerry Simmons was very thorough. He followed up within a timely manner regarding all of my concerns. Also, the Business Manager Michael Green was very knowledgeable & patient. They both made this an easy clean process for me!

Saw the listing on the used vehicle pop up on Sunday evening (New Years Day). I entered my information on the website and someone started chatting with me right away. They set me up with an appointment in the morning, and I was there when the door opened. The salesman (Ben) got the ball rolling and I had the Keys to the car in a little more than 2 hours. The process was straightforward with no pressure. The trade-in value I received was more than I expected. I bought something from the pro store that was mismarked too cheap, but the clerk honored the marked price. I would recommend this dealership, and I will do business with them again. Thank you, BMW of Nashville!***Update***There was an issue with the battery on the used vehicle I purchased, Ben responded positively to my situation and managed to get me taken care of immediately even though I did not have an appointment. The service team was very professional and lightning fast to remedy the situation. Thanks again, Ben, and BMW of Nashville service team!!!
