Not everything was included in the vehicle purchase as posted on site/listing for vehicle. There was also a mix up with numbers being processed twice.... However, the salesman was great in communicating through any questions I had.

I took my 328i in for three recall repairs. As far as I can tell the repairs were successful, however during the repairs the fan for the AC/Heat was damaged... causing a very loud clicking noise to come out of the vent. The technician claimed that it was a preexisting condition except that in the year that I have owned the car I never heard any such noise and you couldn't miss it. None of the other repair personnel ever heard it. Either the BMW technician is incompetent, a liar or quite possibly both. The BMW service writer offered to have a free diagnostic done on the fan assembly, but I did not accept it because I no longer have any trust in anyone there.

Recently the GPS has new voice instructions using an address in New Jersey as the example. Since then the only states the GPS allows are Maine and Ohio.... I live in Kentucky, and no Kentucky address is accepted. I explained this to the service technician and was advised that it could not be changed or corrected. I am very disappointed in a GPS that I used quite often.
