    I love the car. Can't help but feel a little disappointed in the dealership, however. The care Salesman, Chad was great! My issue was more with the car... and things added to it. The dealership made me pay an extra $500 for a PermaPlate that they applied already. Something I didn't want but had no choice but to pay for it anyways. I purchased my car after dark so I couldn't get a good view of everything dur to poor lighting. Wasn't until the following morning I saw that a previous owner must have spilled some kind of drink and splashed it All over the headliner fabric. On top of that I could tell the dealership did a poor job detailing the car before it was listed. It was not very clean overall. Some of the spilled drink was still on the overhead map lighting. On top of that several bulbs were burnt out which needed replacing. An extra $80 I had to drop. All in all I do love the car. However, I guess I just expected a little more from a BMW dealership.

    Kenneth was great; took care of the oil change/service. He checked the front right tire (all tires actually) to see why it regularly loses air. Found... nothing. Problem still occurring however....
