Was interested in a 2012 Acadia Denali. From day one had a very arrogant salesman who threw me the keys and said take your time. When we went in his o
ffice to discuss the vehicle, we stated that we had somewhere to be and would be back, and the salesman said I just wasted an hour of my time. He had barely got up from his desk. Found the navigation disc to be bad reading error message. They got a new one but still error message. After many tries disc still not working. Salesman said, I'm done with the disc situation already. Buy or don't buy. I was so mad, that I asked to see the owner Mr. Morris. Mr. Morris assigned a new salesman and smoothed over the deal. I did buy the Denali because the price was good. But I am now having to buy a whole new stereo/ navigate system since it never got fixed. I must say though that the 2 receptionists, Sarah and Brianna were very sympathetic to my issue and went above and beyond to help me. I probably won't buy from them again.
