    Tami has been providing service for my RAV4 since I bought it @ Desert Toyota 7 years ago. She is absolutely wonderful. Her knowledge, professionism, attention to detail and willingness to always go the extra mile has kept me going to her for all these years.

    Worst experiences ever! Bought a brand new vehicle 02/2015 and have taken it here for service every oil change/service since. Im not one to write reviews normally or write a bad review after just one bad experience. Having that said, I have NEVER had a good experience here. 4 of my visits have all been with the same service advisor and without writing an essay I'll try and sum it up with the main issues. VERY FIRST oil change with my brand new vehicle, my service advisor gets in my vehicle and i swear she must have punched the gas and took a corner like it was a rally vehicle..this is a Toyota 4runner mind you. 2nd visit, i came and picked up my vehicle, waited to be helped and wasnt even acknowledged for a good 10 minutes. 6 people there, maybe 2 of which were assisting people. Finally I approach someone who seemed annoyed that i would interrupt her while she was clearly not busy. She then pages my advisor.. my advisor acknowledges me and i advised im in a bit of a rush(very frustrated at this point but dont voice it). Mid sentence, she notices a friend or someone she knows and just leaves me and goes and hugs her friend and engages in a lengthy conversation. No "hey let me finish helping this guy and ill be right there", no, just total abandonment. At this point her FRIEND..not her, the so called customer service adisor...her FRIEND says, "hey shouldnt you finish helping this guy?", to which point she looks annoyed and then proceeds to help me. Since my vehicle service is covered, I literally just need her to give me my keys and leave, i dont need to pay or approve anything..just need my keys. 3rd experience.. I make an appointment online to be sure I dont get the same lady.. drop my vehicle off @ 9am for an oil change..ask to be called when i can pick it up since i work right up the road. I was given a timeframe of an hour or two, which seems long but I was working so I wnet with it. I dont get a call until 530pm saying my vehicle is ready! Dropped off @ 9am, ready @ 5:30pm. God forbid i need some serious service done! Anyway, I never thought Id be so happy to now be out of warranty so I dont have to go here any more. I love Toyota, I love my vehicle, but this service or lack thereof will make me question a new Toyota vehicle purchase in the future.

    Being in the market for a new car in 2017 after purchasing our 2013 Camry XLE from Desert Toyota, my wife and I naturally headed to Desert Toyota again. We have been purchasing Camrys from Desert since 2004, and every time I walk on the Desert Toyota grounds, I am always impressed by the facility's attractiveness, cleanliness, abundance of new and used cars, the friendliness and professionalism of all of Desert Toyota's employees. It is truly like a breath of fresh air. This year's experience of purchasing our new car was again the MOST pleasurable experience! My Product Specialist was Geoff Batz, and he is a terrific person to interact with! I explained what my wife and I were interested in for our new Camry XLE, and he immediately went to work to find it either on the Desert lot or on the lot of another Toyota dealership. We took a test drive in a Camry XLE that approximated what we were looking for in our new car and were blown away at the value built-in to the new 2017 Camrys at an affordable price. However, the stars weren't quite aligning, and we couldn't find our "perfect" car with the right exterior and interior color AND a moon roof. Geoff then went to the business manager, Eddie Martinez, who not only found a car that was a perfect fit for us, but the deal he arranged for us on a three-year lease was a no-brainer! It was a perfect day to purchase a new car thanks to Geoff and Eddie! Our new car arrived within three days, and we drove off the lot in our new Camry thinking about how pleasurable and not nerve-wracking an experience it is to buy a car from Desert Toyota. Like a breath of fresh air. Thanks again, Geoff and Eddie. We love you guys!

    I recently bought a used Tuck with 10,000 miles on it. The service of the salesman, Quincy Horton, the New Car sales supervisor, Sean Replinger, Finance (Eddie?) were all outstanding. Each and every one of them knew their business and respectfully and courteously helped my wife and me through the process. I would buy from them again.

    Recently purchased a New 2016 Toyota RAV4 from Desert Toyota. The sales people were very knowledgeable, personable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Our schedule after agreeing to purchase was very hectic. In addition, the vehicle that I had initially looked at (and wanted to purchase) had been sold. The sales rep traveled from Tucson to Phoenix on a Friday evening to obtain the same vehicle from another dealer, have it prepped at his dealership on Saturday and delivered it to our home about 25 miles away late Saturday afternoon. That was REAL customer service. The buying experience was really great. I had said I did not want to be forced to sit through the myriad of special offers some dealers push on new buyers. Desert Toyota respected that request and I was able to purchase the vehicle with no hassle. Of course, there were many papers to sign but it was handled expeditiously and professionally. I have nothing but good things to say about Desert Toyota.

    Recently purchased a New 2016 Toyota RAV4 from Desert Toyota. The sales people were very knowledgeable, personable, professional and a pleasure to work with.
