Desert Toyota
Terry has kept our 2011 Prius in tip top condition. We sold our 2007 Prius a few years ago and recommended that the buyer (Laurie) continue servicing the car at Desert Toyota and told her to contact Terry with any mechanical questions about the vehicle. She was reluctant at first because she thought it would be to expensive.....it is our understanding that she continues to service her car at Desert Toyota. BTW...the popcorn machine is a plus!

Super Happy
After driving my well made Mercury Sable up to 171K miles it was time to replace it. I bought another car, 3 years old, and had quite the opposite experience with it than I had with my Sable. After being in the shop 3 times within 8 months I had enough. I started shopping for another car with a friend and our second, and last stop was Desert Toyota. Gilbert Suarez and Freddy Solano were very patient and helped me find the perfect car! They were good listeners and did not try to sell me anything I did not want. The finance person was also awesome! I am sooooo happy with my Toyota Corolla! I can drive it with confidence and I am getting 30 miles/gallon :-) With my round trip daily commute to/from work being approx 25 miles, this is a super saver! Thank you so much Gilbert and Freddy!

New car purchase
I purchased a Toyota PriusV a week ago from a terrific young salesman at Desert Toyota. His name is Jeff Gwash. He was personable and knowledgeable of all of the various Toyota models. I knew which vehicle I was interested in prior to visiting the dealer. I did not intend to purchase immediately but because of the salesman and his ability to locate exactly what I wanted at what I feel is a good price I purchased immediately. The dealer has called me twice already to find out if I am happy with the car and to offer any assistance I might need immediately or in the future. I would certainly recommend Desert Toyota to others interested in purchasing a new Toyota in Tucson, AZ or it's vicinity.

New Car Purchase
New car salesmen were very informative and helpful. Finance people were inexperienced and made, were not helpful, and made a few mistakes on the documents.

New Car Purchase
Salesman was good to negotiate with but I had ordered the new car on a Saturday and set up a time and date to pick it up. 4 days later due to holiday. Unfortunately it was not ready. I waited all day to get it. Not the best experience. They tried to make it right and finally I got my car. I would go back to them as they did try hard.

Excellent sales experience
This is the second vehicle that I've purchased/leased from Desert Toyota. Their sales department consistently provides an excellent sales experience. I appreciate that they pay attention to what I'm looking for in a vehicle and find a vehicle that meets my expectations. They also make the negotiation process as efficient/painless as possible. The sales person encouraged me to call him if I have additional questions or need further assistance.

Wonderful car buying experience.
Our new car buying experience was wonderful. Daniel (Internet Sales) was very professional. He listened to both my wife and I, and made the process seamless. He took us directly to the car that we had researched and didn't try to sell us a different vehicle. We left the lot the same day with a new car and a positive outlook on Desert Toyota!

Provided requested information in a timely manner.
Jeff Gawsh was a professional. He answered all our questions. When we returned later in the day, he had a car waiting for us that met all of our specifications.

Pushy and slimy
I have visited this delaership twice. The first visit, I walked away after being on the lot for only a few minutes. The salesman, after a very loose and limp handahake in which he barely lifted his hand from his side, seemed uninterested and aloof to my presence. The second visit, I was greeted by a salesman who was a little more interested but once his manager, Phil, got involved...I was turned off of ever going there again. Phil's main focus was to get me in the building and away from the used Honda I was i lnterested in. He kept suggesting we go inside. He kept attempting to lead me and direct me inside. All so we start the paperwork. I had not even looked under the hood at this point. I had only taken the car up the road and back. When I told him this, he said to take it out again. While the salesman and I were out driving it, Phil called the salesman inquiring as where we were. When he finally did get me in the building, he was the stereotypical car delearship guy. Pushy pushy pushy. Lets get you in the car today. Lets make the numbers work out. Never going back there. Phil, you were rude, condescending and slimy. And he raised the price $1200 over what the car was listed for before tax, title and nonsense fees.
