    My car started showing its age a couple years ago, but since I owed twice what it was worth, I figured I would have to keep it for at least another year before I could get into a newer car with a monthly payment I was comfortable with. A couple weeks ago I was looking at cars.com, just kind of checking out some cars and prices to get a feel for what I would like to buy when I was ready. I came across a listing for a much newer car at Quebedeaux. I looked at some other vehicles over the next day or so, but I kept coming back to that one. I thought it was a long shot, but the worst they could say would be "no", so I decided to do down and see if we could work a deal out. After test driving the vehicle, they pulled my credit score, and it was dismal. They asked me if I was interested in any of the less expensive cars they had on the lot, and I test drove another, but it wasn't nearly as comfortable and nice as the one I wanted. Since that was the car I came to buy, I told them that it's ok if they can't finance me right now, I figured it was worth a shot anyway. They realized then that I really wanted that particular car, so my salesman and the business manager started calculating some figures. This took over an hour. The whole time I'm sitting there thinking there is no way. My credit score was so low and my car was so upside down. I was shocked when they came back and told me they actually were able to work a deal, and my payments are $50 less than they were before!

    I was not impressed with my dealings with this dealership. Although I had indicated that I would be in to see the advertised vehicle in two days, the car was not on the lot and had not yet been checked by their technicians. It was located jammed in among other cars so test driving would have been difficult. Although there was supposed to be an on-line price, it turned out to be $22 less than without it. The price was only $200 less than a higher model, two years newer with more bells and whistles at a competing dealership. I walked.

    I bought a 2011 Tahoe from Don at this dealership. We bought it on the 10th and when we took it in to get it detailed on the 16th the traction system light came on. Rick, who works in the service department, said it came on after they installed battery. They would have to keep it til Monday. Well it's the 17th and they say our car is perfectly fine lol. I called to talk to John Fiori and he said my car is parked outside and I can come get it, "he is having a nice day and it upsets him that I think their dealership is dishonest" then he hung up on me! Great customer service lol¿run away from this dealership! John is apparently the highest manager here, he is in charge and this is how he treats people. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on Monday. Stay away from this place, not honest and their customer service skills are way below standard.

    I want to take a moment and Thank you! Ali Ersouly was such a great sales person, he listened to every question and answered it thoughtfully! He walked us through the full process and was respectful and not pushy! I would totally recommend such a sales Person. overall I want to thank Quebedeaux for hiring That young man! dedicated, motivated, and Funny! we need more people like him!

    All I can say is WOW! Khalifa was our salesperson, and this car buying experience has been the best I have ever had. I was browsing online, and saw a 2014 Dodge Charger RT that was listed for sale, since this is my dream car, I called the dealership and asked to speak with someone in sales. Khalifa answered, said he would check and make sure the car was on the lot, and sent me pictures to confirm. He told me to come in after work. Usually walking into a car dealership to purchase a used car can feel a little uncomfortable, so I walked in a little uneasy. THE WHOLE TEAM IS AMAZING! There was no pressure from them, and needless to say I drove away in my dream car. Of course, since I had my dream car, hubby was itching to get out of his crummy old car too. Since the buying experience was so great, we went back on Friday to purchase him a brand new GMC Sierra. Once again, it was the best car buying experience we have had. Khalifa stayed late to explain all of the nifty features of our new truck to us, and has been ever so patient in answering any questions that have come up over the course of the first few days of ownership. Randy in finance has been working on our loans since we purchased them. This really impressed me, as most of the time at other dealerships, they have you sign the paperwork, and then send you on your way, never to open your file again. Randy has had us come in to sign at a lower interest rate a couple times, and continues to make sure that we have the sweetest deal possible. I cannot say enough about this dealership. A huge thank you to Khalifa, and Randy for helping us get out of our crappy used cars, and into our dream cars!
