Staff was wonderful car was ready for pickup as soon as all paperwork was done. All we had to do was basically sign and drive away. Love the car Jonathan picked out for us. Great young man.

The sales management does not meet with you, you talk
The sales management does not meet with you, you talk through commissars sales people. Finance and then service takes hours and you get the run around. Don’t keep their promises. Keep your parts, don’t disclose dealer pricing and mark up work fr MSRP. Just like dealers in the 1970’s. Service department understaffed and undertrained. Tom Quebedeaux no longer actively involved and his management team is horrendous. Sales people do the good guy/bad guy in helping you with management. Find a transparent GMC dealer that works from dealer cost plus and keeps their word. Read ratings and I highly suggest not dealing with Quebedeaux

Great customer service! These guys are easy to approach, don’t pressure to buy and make sure financing is down quickly. Jordan did a fantastic job assisting with finding the right vehicle. Prompt replies, honest opinion and straight forward approach. Very pleased with my buying experience.
