Vehicle Recall Repair

I have been dealing with Lisa for years and she is always extremely helpful and professional. I had recalls on three different vehicles. The dealership had the parts to address two of the recalls but not the third. My concerns was the third vehicle belongs to my daughter (2013 Dodge Dart transmission link recall) and she is moving to Buffalo in a few weeks. Lisa was able to locate the parts to address the recall on the third vehicle which provided with piece of mind before sending my daughter to Buffalo.

Service Dept.

Mr. Robert Bolino

They took care of my recalls on my D250 But I'll not buy another Dodge, they sold me a truck with Firestone tires that i had to replace at less than 17,000 miles Firestone would have sold me new tires that would have only lasted 17,000 miles for $1,000.00 Thank You When Firestone goes under I'll buy the House a round of dinks. I hope to have that happen soon!!

Had to take my Dodge Challenger SRT 8 for a routine oil change and inspection. As issues came up, Kellie took the time to explain them to me and got me out in a timely fashion

Lost keys

Lost my keys and dropped vehicle off at night. Vehicle was ready by 8:30 the next morning.

Owner of sun lighting company

Lisa in the service department took extremely good care of me and my truck she knew exactly what to do she got it done faster than I had expected I got out of there in half the time that I expected and of course the problem was taking care of perfectly I highly recommend Lisa in service to anybody
