Excellent Sales Experience With New Chevy Bolt EUV

I purchased a new 2023 Boly EUV from Novato Chevrolet. My salesperson, Rimpy Sandhu, provided excellent service. She knows the products well and is easy to work with.

They will bend over backwards to make you happy

Went through the 2023 corvette buying experience at Novato Chevrolet and have to say the crew is great they bent over backwards to get me the corvette I wanted and made a fair deal as well

Ripped off. Held my truck for 4 days

I just got robbed!! Was just charged $1057.60 for a front hub replacement, a job which takes 1-2 hours, tops. $713 labor charge. I asked them how they can charge this much, and how long it took, he answered that they do not give out that information. When dropping the truck off I told them I suspected it was the front left bearing. He told me if that was the case then usually both the front hubs should be replaced. So when I received the estimate, I assumed it was for both. I did some looking around, to make sure I was not getting robbed, and most places I found said it should cost around $400- $500 for each side. So, I told them to go ahead. When I picked up the truck, I found out they only repacked one side. I got robbed! When I asked to to explain the cost again via text, he told me they charged $230 for the inspection (loose wheel, up, down, side to side = needs new bearing), I even told them I knew it was the bearing; and another $829 for the repair. Robbed and scammed. You suck guys, how do you sleep at night. On top of all this, it took them 4 1/2 days to give me this evaluation. You guys really suck. I am going to go out of my way to make sure as many people as possible know how you rob people blind

They were very helpful!!!!! The people were great. The person who sold us the car was wonderful!!

Novato chevrolet

I have 2018 Chevy Silverado high country (very expensive) had it since new. Looking for dealership to take care of it the way it should be.went into Novato Chevy very Impressed,Dave Crawford set service appt went in and met Jacob service advisor he was the best . We talked about upcoming services .Jacob Smull went out of his way to make it very good experience highly reccomend jacob and this dealership

Fastest Car purchase ever!!!

Great experience, friendly very knowledgeable staff. I appreciated they were very straightforward. Made the deal over the phone and spent only about a hour in the dealership signing papers. Juan the GM and Dick the salesman are fantastic.

Disappointed in the oil service performed

Well I?m a little disappointed in the oil service done on my truck. I thought when you had your oil changed that meant adding new, oil, changing the filter, topping off all fluids etc. when I picked up the truck the oil notice light was off in my truck and I assumed all fluids would of been topped off however when I opened the hood I noticed my windshield washer fluid was so low as well as my brake fluid. Also In the past with previous new cars whenever you had your car serviced at the dealership you purchased it from you would assume your car once the service was completed would be washed and vacuumed as a courtesy! I guess Novato Chevrolet doesn?t do that . Very disappointing

Obnoxiously Incompetent and Unprofessional

Service is deplorable. When GM sent us notice of a factory recall to replace the battery on our 2019 Bolt, we scheduled a service appointment at NOVATO CHEVROLET following the directions on the notice. When we showed up on the scheduled day, we were advised that the battery was not available and the service department had no record of our appointment. They had neither the part nor the technician available. Disappointed, we asked if we could schedule the service for a later date. That was not possible, we were told, because the battery needed to be ordered... Three months later we received another notice from GM urging us to take action on a potentially dangerous mechanical issue with the battery in our Bolt. Again, we followed the instructions to schedule an appointment only to have the individual on site advise us upon arriving that the part had not been ordered. Frustrated, but patient, we again asked if we could schedule the service for a later date. That was not possible, we were told, because the battery needed to be ordered... Three months later we received an email from GM advising us that our recall was a PRIORITY REPAIR that needed to be performed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Once again we scheduled as instructed. This time we felt confident because we received both text and email confirmation of our appointment FROM NOVATO CHEVROLET... For the third time, we were told upon arriving that there was no part or appointment. In the spirit of resolving nothing and revealing himself to be well-above his depth, Fixed Operations Director ROGER FONG went to great lengths to avoid accountability for the obvious communication error between GM and the dealership. He implied that we were not truthful about the confirmation we received, stating that the individual listed named on the message was no longer employed at the dealership. Again, because the notice was clearly something automatically generated by their scheduling system, this only confirmed that NOVATO CHEVROLET and ROGER FONG have no idea how their automated email system works or how embarrassed they should be that they haven't updated it following an employee's departure. An APPROPRIATE response would have been an apology with corrective action that included ordering our battery and scheduling the replacement, even if that needed to be scheduled weeks or months out. An ACCEPTABLE response would have been to order the part and schedule the service without saying anything about the previous buffoonery. What I received was a completely insufficient and unsolicited explanation of how ROGER FONG doesn't understand his role as the intermediary between GM and me as the customer. Do not recommend.

Beware of Novato Chevrolet

Beware of Novato Chevrolet. Dishonest sales team. Ordered a car for MSRP and placed a deposit. Waited months When car is being shipped, they state that they want $30,000 over MSRP.
