    I had a great experience at Norris Honda , everyone was extra friendly. My salesperson only been ther for 2 months and he had awesome! I wasn't there long . I would recommend Norris Honda for your next car.

    They were excellent. I originally bought my Ford at a dealership in Virginia that was just trash in the customer service department. Norris Ford helped me get issues handled with them. Then when I had an issue with my brake booster I called them that night. I had an appointment to get it fixed the next morning! Fully covered under a recall. They were polite and friendly and got me in and out of the door in as little time as possible. They were very professional, I would recommend them to anyone.

    This is the second F150 I have bought at Norris Ford because they always seem to have the most competitive pricing, and will work with you on getting the best deal. It is a hike for me to get to the dealership, but has been well worth it for the money I have saved!

    Why do people buy used cars from a dealership instead of buying direct from the previous owner...? Peace of mind - You want a car that is not going to start having service issues soon after you buy it. Don't expect that from Norris. We literally drove 10 feet off the lot and had a check engine light come on. We went back and they had to keep it for several days to fix it. When we picked it up, 6 hours later the light was back on which means they simply reset the code rather than replace the faulty sensor. I had to leave it with them again for several days. 6 months later, check engine light is on again due to "faulty sensors". They confirmed there is nothing actually wrong with the car, just bad sensors. They must be replaced otherwise I cannot pass emissions inspection next time it is due. They want $300 to replace (2) $50 sensors!!! I spoke to the Sales Manager, Rob Miller who was full of apologies and excuses, but had no interest in making things right. I get it... I bought a used car 9 months ago... things go wrong. But when the issue has been present since the day I bought the car, and this is the third time it has surfaced, I expect them to cover it. What exactly does the "Norris Certified Pre-Owned" sticker get you. Not to mention the completely useless 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty which only covers if your engine or transmission falls out. Don't get caught up in all the marketing... buying from Norris is JUST like buying directly from the owner... Its a gamble.

    Average new car purchasing experience on par with other dealers in the area. Horrible experience with the trade in. Would not honor in hand Car Max appraisal and quoted trade-in that was above what the actual offer amount was. Only identified when reviewing final paperwork. Would not recommend.
