I know that anyone who's bought a vehicle from any dealer recently would say 5 Stars is Exaggerated or Made up, but my experience was true and surprising. I really didn't want a Car Payment , but my sons Car went up with baby on the way. Like most parents I debated with Co-Signing or just helping with cash. Learning from experience I ended up giving my son my 1999 daily driver instead. I looked online and was Pre-Approved through Chrysler, Ford, and One other Subprime Lender. I knew the emails, phone calls Ect.. would begin and was dreading it. I was proven wrong though . I decided for the first time to utilize the Online Sales Management and worked with "Art". I know everyone is hesitant and scared to provide documents via email to a Dealership, but I decided it wasn't much different then Online Pre-Approval Sites or Just walking in. Art responed immediately and we set up secure exchange of My Income, Drivers Lic Ect.. It was great my Info was verified, and I knew exactly what I needed to bring . I wasn't planning on even visiting the Dealership until the following week. It was a Saturday and our plans got canceled, so I went to just look at the Inventory to see what was actually on the Lot. I was met by a New Salesman Edward , just a high and if you have any Questions I'll be available. It wasent the usual Stalking through the Lot, No Preassure, and he had no Idea Who I was or that I had been communicating with the Online Sales Manager "Art". I was actually leaving but wanted to find out the Rebates being Offered on the Jeep Cherokee. Edward had the numbers memorized and was able to easily give me the run down when I wanted comparisons to other Cars on the Lot. He knew the vehicles specs and was obviously not guessing or just lying. Edward was what you want at a dealership not pushing, no twenty questions to feal you out, just Knowledgeable and there if you had a question. I ended up test driving a Jeep and a Dodge at my request. This was the difference when done I asked for the Rebates again and the real numbers , No changes, No back peddling, No let me speak to my Manager. It wasn't until that moment did I advise Edward I was Pre-Approved and had Already sent my paperwork to "Art". For the first time in over ten years and 5 vehicle purchases did the dealer get it right. No one fought over the sale , Edward and Art worked together and the Contract had no Hidden Suprises. I literally was done from start to finish in about an Hour. I don't have Great Credit ,Mid Range to Low 600s depending on what Credit Reporting Agency. I wasn't treated like a Subprime Borrower and put through the game. I got over 6,000 in Rebates and the Vehicle I wanted 2017 Dodge with 3 rows for the Kids.. It felt Fun Again to buy a vehicle , not like the usual experience I've had with other dealers. I can only speak for "Art " and "Edward " but much Thanks Joe

This has by far been the worst experience dealing with a Chrysler dealership. The staff is very rude, put me through all types of problems trying to get a light fixed that they "so called " fixed less than a year ago and then boom it happens again and now I have to pay for labor for something they clearly did not properly fixed. They also tried to charge me for service before they completed the service because I told them I wanted a second opinion and since they ordered the part we're afraid I wouldn't come back.. Anybody knows you don't pay for service until it's complete!!! Asked the lady to have the driver pick me up as I am without a car and she proceeds to ask well how far are you and where do you live? Well ma'am I believe you have it on the service order and what does t matter you have my car and I don't have a way to pick it up oh by the way your driver dropped me off at my home just a day prior. The new service manager is very unfriendly ad when I brought my car and told him clearly that something was wrong with the electrical part in the heater he says there is a diagnostic fee for us figuring out what's wrong with it. REALLY I just told you what it was and it was clear but your gonna charge me to mess with the buttons and tell me the same thing I just told you.. as I stated definitely will not be back to this dealer NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
