    I came in to look at a certified Honda I saw on the website, Jeremy in sales pulled the car inside for me to inspect so I would not freeze outside and what a class act operation very low pressure from Jeremy. I think the car was better in person then in the pictures and Darrell in the business office walked me through the paperwork and explained everything so it made sense. I never like buying a car but Brilliance really made it fun. Thanks again Steve

    This was my second purchase from Brilliance Honda. That is saying a lot because I have never returned to any other dealership before. This is the way a dealership should be run. I am positive I will buy another Honda from them in the future. Jeff Cummings was a great sales associate to work with!

    My new car buying experience was truly amazing and easy. I am a Costco Member and they have an Auto buying program that I had heard great things about. I was stressed about having to haggle for the best pricing on a new car between dealerships. Going through Costco which is in partnership with Brilliance Honda of Crystal Lake, I was contacted in a professional and prompt manner by Brilliance Honda. I was put in touch with lead sales representative Eva Gagliardi, and she was very patient with all my emails and questions as to the new vehicle I was searching for. Eva was able to find the perfect car and color and all equipment I wanted added. Her professionalism and patience was truly topnotch. I was able to come to the dealership, see the car, test drive the car, purchase the car with Costco pricing below invoice, workout financing options very easily, and then bring my daughter back for her surprise car. Eva made the moment very special by placing a huge red bow on top of the car prior to having my daughter see it. I would certainly recommend Brilliance Honda of Crystal Lake for any new car buying experience and I will certainly be back for my son's new car in two years....Thanks to Brilliance Honda and Eva Gagliardi.     I've bought two cars from Brilliance Honda in the past three years and I'm always impressed with the quality of available cars, the kindness and know-how of the salespeople, and the location itself. I never felt pressured or like I was acting against my best interest. This is a great and trustworthy dealership.

    I am completely satisfied with my purchase experience at Brilliance Honda of Crystal Lake. They gave me a good price on a new CR-V, and a good price on my trade-in. There was no pressure to buy, and that was nice. Bob Langenberg made the process easy. He is very knowledgeable about the car. I got a great rate on financing, and it did not take long to complete the deal. I am very happy with the car and all it's included technology along with good mileage.

    Salesperson, Rich, was extremely rude. When he first approached us, he didn't even introduce himself. It was after we said we wanted to test drive a car and he got the keys, he then introduced himself. The first and only vehicle we test drove, was very dirty on the inside for a 2014. There were crums and stains all over, as well as a stench that hit our noses as soon as we opened the door. We told Rich about it and all he did was laugh. I asked if the car was cleaned and he answered yes in a very sarcastic tone. During the test drive, it was very quiet- he didn't even tell us anything about the vehicle. We were asking questions and he didn't know the answers. The test drive was so unpleasant that we didn't have a desire to test drive the second car, so we ended up leaving.

    For starters, I detest the car buying process and salespeople running back and forth to their managers multiple times. I came to Brilliance Honda after going to 2 other Honda dealerships. I was lucky enough to get Chris Aakre as my salesman. I told him I had gotten prices at other dealerships and was interested in a new CRV-EX AWD. I told Chris I wanted his bottom line price and he actually listened to my request. He was gone a short time and returned with a price that included everything....tax, title, license and doc fees. His price was good, the best I'd received, and I was ready to buy. He made the car buying experience painless but he was also approachable and helpful. Chris is the type of person who is not a pushy salesman but instead is someone who exudes integrity and trust. Things only got better from here. When I came in to pick up my new vehicle, Chris spent over an hour going through every detail of the CRV. He set up my phone and called me to make sure it worked; he set all the radio stations; and thoroughly educated me on every feature of the vehicle. Brilliance Honda is very lucky to have hired Chris Aakre to their team. I will recommend him to anyone I know looking to purchase a new Honda. He is a real asset to the dealership.
