Resolution to all my problems with ease

Went in with a used vehicle that was just causing problems left and right. Was so nervous that because the car was recently purchased that I was going to have no choice but to leave with the same car. Herb the salesman helped me tremendously by taking the time to hear my situation out, working with his sales managers to find the best possible deal for me that fit my budget and on-top of that he kept in contact with me even after the sales was completed. I would definitely recommend him as a caring, kind, patient, straightforward salesman.

Robert Smith is outstanding!

I recently purchased a pre-owned Dodge Caravan from Robert Smith. Robert went above and beyond. He is an outstanding car salesman, and I wish more were like him. Robert treats you like family and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. I told him that I did not have time to sit in the dealership for hours with three small children. We did most of the leg work over the phone. He even test drove two cars for me and offered which he thought was best (shockingly, not the most expensive one). Robert made the process effortless and answered all of my questions honestly. I was in and out within an hour. It was a great experience. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from Port Charlotte Honda, I HIGHLY recommend Robert. He is truly one of a kind.

Karl was fantastic.

Karl Swanson was the best salesman. Definitely takes his time getting to know his customers, to find just the right vehicle. If you need a new car this is the place and the salesman to go to.

Brittain took care of us

Brittain was very polite, and friendly and wanted to give us the best deal possible. I definitely recommend talking to Brittain when shopping for your new car.

Oil change and tire rotation.

This is my 2nd time going to get an oil change and tire rotation. Twice now the 1st was myself and the 2nd was my husband. We marked the tires to make sure that the tires were rotated and they were not, both times we brought it to the managers attention and they did give it for free but you should not have to worry about things like this from any service place. Especially that they charge for the tire rotation. I was very unhappy with this and the only reason I go there is because my car in under warranty. Very unhappy that they would do this not once but twice. Be very cautious.

Great Dealership - All Around Best

I am so very happy with our purchase of a used vehicle for my mother. I stopped by to look at cars and was initially assisted by Juan Olivo. He was super helpful and set us up with a few vehicles to view in our price range. We drove a Chevy Equinox 2011 and really liked it. I spoke with Robert Savettiere (I was very surprised the Sales Manger was in that late at night, it was almost closing time.) I came back the next day to test drive with Mom. She loved the car. Dustin Smith helped us with the paperwork and explained everything in detail, answering all of our questions. This dealership is by far the most dedicated and professional that I have ever experienced. They all went above and beyond my expectations of purchasing a car from a dealership. Thank you Juan, Robert and Dustin for excellent customer service.

Remember the name Mike Austin! Now go to Port Charlotte Honda and meet Mike Austin. Please tell him Dawn F sent you and you read my review. I dreaded needing to purchase a car because I don't like sales people. With Mike, it's like buying a car from a close friend or family member. He listens to what you want and then shows you the cars YOU want to see and test drive. No hard pressure sales. What I loved the most about Mike was when he didn't know the answer to a question, he didn't lie about it. He just simply stated he didn't know but immediately found someone that did know. Mike is professional, polite and knows how to put people a customer at ease! So, don't wait any longer, go down to Port Charlotte Honda, ask for Mike Austin. If he's busy, wait for him, you will be super glad you did. Enjoy your new car! Everyone at the dealership was amazing but it all started with Mike Austin. His name does not show up under the employee list below since he is new to this dealership but it should be!!

These people can't quite understand "NO"

I called PCH Monday morning to get a price to have the h2o pump and timing belt replaced on my 2008 HA as regular maintenance. They quoted me $1150.00 for parts and labor. Dave asked what day was good to bring the car in. I told him I was not ready to make an appointment. He suggested making a tentative appointment so they would be able to fit my car in. I told him I was not interested in making any appointment. Two days later I received a confirmation call for my appointment which I never scheduled. I explained to this moron that I never made an appointment. He said that I had, claiming that they had me in their schedule. At this point this guy was truly trying my patience. I then explained the situation AGAIN, saying "I guess they were really hoping I had lost my mind/forgotten I had made the appointment. I'm sure the "Honda employees guide in sales and service" states that all of the harassment equates to excellent service. So I took my HA to Tuffys in PC, they have done extensive work on my BMW and now they have replaced the timing belt, h20 pump and changed the spark plugs for $200.00 less than PCH (including taxes). They did an excellent job as always. So, what really prompted me to write this review was the fact that I had just received a text confirming my appointment Friday at 9:00 AM. I cannot wait to receive their next call letting me know I missed my appointment.
