I made a deal on a lease and they sold the car while I was making the deal remotely. The GM Brian had the nerve to call me and say I had no right to be angry at his saleswoman! Insinuated I was less valuable because I wasn’t on the lot. And would not say when or if another car would be arriving. I do most things from home as a sufferer of Lupus.
