    The worst ever customer service. Please be Aware! I wish I could give them ZERO star. I drove 60 miles with my two kids to go and buy a Lexus NX300 on... September 7th, 2019 and received the worst customer service from them buying this car. 1) There was a spot on the hood when my husband and I brought that to the sales person attention, he said that's a tree sap and will be removed by the detailing. The spot wasn't a tree sap but a touch up paint done poorly. and when we brought it up to two different sales people's attention they said the manager is gone and they CAN NOT do anything. 2) The car was in wash and detail for one hour, after it came back it wasn't washed nor detailed! We requested the car to go back to at least get washed but that department was closed. The sales floor manager end up cleaning the trunk door for us with windex. 3) the finance department said there will be temporary tags ready for us when we pick up the car from sales. I paid and went back to sales but they said I need to use my old tags! After one hour and half going between sales and finance, finally they said there is a need for temp tags but the department closed and no one was there to issue them. They promised to FEDEX it on Monday. Lets see how that goes. 4) ready for this one! When I finally got home and opened the driver visor to look at myself in the mirror I noticed the mirror was broken. I would NEVER shop from NOR would recommend them to anyone. Please be aware if you are considering them.

    My little sister lives in Maryland and had some car trouble. Jimi Parker with Nationwide Nissan was kind enough to help assist us in the purchase of A... new Nissan kicks. His customer service and willingness to help when we were In need of assistance and over 1000 miles away was above and beyond. I would recommend Jimi Parker to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.     I inquired VIA the internet about getting a new vehicle for my Son. Dave Himmer recommended we go with a Versa or Sentra. After doing some research we... decided to go with the Sentra Dave Himmer assisted us in getting an amazing deal and pairing us with a wonderful sales consultant.     very nice sales crew over there, but they have too many hidden charges. Almost 2k more than the sticker price. they are very friendly a mean well, but... need to be more transparent

    Anhele Lilley this lady is the worst that I have ever met the first time did not have a good experience with her when I came for oil change now I brought... my car in because they left me stranded in New York and when I dropped off my car I called her every single day like five times left messages she never never called me to give me an update of my car she’s the worst person I have dealt with with Nissan and I have been a customer for years.. worst lady ever in her job!! I don’t ever want to deal with her again

    Went in to purchase a new vehicle and received top notch service. The salesperson was prepared with lay-off information on my trade in, and had the test... drive vehicle reserved with my name on it. The Finance Officer worked miracles to ft me the vehicle I desired. The whole experience was less stressful than I anticipated. Great deal and great service.

    I brought my Nissan in for service while I was at work. I usually go to herb gordon Nissan, but decided to try and cross one thing off my to do list during... the day. I made an appt with Andrew and it was the worst decision ever. Andrew was curt, rude, and had poor follow up. Additionally he and his technician clearly lack attention to detail and missed obvious issues. Do not bring your car here for service. Andrew also tried to recommend an air cabin filter that other dealerships had not recommended after I reviewed a second opinion. This place is trash!

    complete xxxxxxxx and over-charge. Don't go do oil change if you don't want to pay about $80 for just an oil change. Never going back.
